I need to get on this whole ledger nano thing and split my coins ready for more splitting.
I have no idea what I am doing and it's not pocket money anymore.
Definitely worth it. Makes things easy and secure to boot. So glad I got mine when I did as the price has gone up recently. Looking to possibly get another to split my stash up.

It would make sense to me that over an extended period of time those people who had large amounts of BTC would have sold along the way at certain intervals to suit their needs. This means that eventually the amount of BTC that any one person holds will be less which in turn means that dumping would not be as viscious since more people would have to sell in order to affect the books in a big way. This in turns makes BTC less volatile which also makes it more attractive to hodlers since confidence in the coin will increase as a store of value. That doesn't mean that there still aren't some big players out there but eventually the swings should iron out. Well at least that is the way I see it, but hey, what do I know. Loving the new ATH.

Oke Oke If the price hits €5000,- in 2017 I Will buy myself a Nice Kawasaki bike H2 sport edition Sounds Nice I'm buying a used Porsche 911 convertible for a cost of about 5BTC at 5000€. Or I cash out that 5BTC that would be close to the amount I invested in total, and put it forward quitting my job and relocating to a nice and cheap place on a coast somewhere. Difficult to decide. Yea that sounds Nice to a porsche 911 4s cabrio is a Nice car, i Did drive iT When i Worked for my uncle he is a rich fucker And After the Porsche he had Mercedes s63 AMG coupé And Also Did drive that car to going 300 k/m per hour Damn Fast car Had a couple of AMGs myself, a CLK55 and a C32. Both very fast cars but not a patch on the 63. (A mate of mine had a C63 and that was really quick). Although they are great on big open roads they are pretty heavy on the twisty stuff. Would prefer a 911 for that sort of thing.

Distribution of bytes is complete. 160,424.226385661 GB distributed in this round ($56m at the current prices). 526,327.234762955 GB is the new available supply, which is 52.6% of the total supply. Coinmarketcap is already updated.
Distribution of blackbytes will take roughly 3 days, I'll update you when it is finished.
Distribution of blackbytes is now finished too. As already announced, we'll now distribute bytes between rounds as cashback for purchases at participating merchants https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.msg20686283#msg20686283. Distribution on top of existing balances in Bytes and BTC continues too. The next round is on the Full Moon of September ( September 6, 2017 at 07:02 UTC): BTC to bytes: 1 BTC of proven balance gives you 6.25 MB (0.00625 GB) BTC to blackbytes: 1 BTC of proven balance gives you 2.1111 * 6.25 million blackbytes (money supply of blackbytes is 2.1111 times more than that of bytes) Bytes to bytes: 1 byte on any Byteball address gives you 0.1 new bytes Bytes to blackbytes: 1 byte on linked Byteball address gives you 0.21111 blackbytes Putting this another way, to receive 1 GB from the distribution, you need to already hold 160 BTC or 10 GB. These same holdings also give you 2.1111 GBB (giga-blackbyte). Watch our announcements to learn about merchants who join the cashback program (contact me if you are a merchant and want to apply). Thanks tonych. Do you know when the transition bot will be operational again? I need to link a change address.

This all seems a bit strange. My original target when we started raising over 1200 was 3500 but now were here I am not really feeling like selling.
Am I being greedy?
Have I just readjusted based on where we are?
Decisions, decisions
It's a good price, but the walls look hungry and lots of greedy noises from the financial establishment, so I understand how you're feeling. i made all kinds of promises to people that I would invite them to the Caribbean once btc hits € 3000 and stuff like that. it was so unrealistically high. guess I need to tell those folks I had it all on btc-e... In 2013 I told my friends that if it hit $2k I would charter a private jet to fly us all to Vegas. Now I wouldn't think of wasting my money like that when I can retire instead This all seems a bit strange. My original target when we started raising over 1200 was 3500 but now were here I am not really feeling like selling.

Promises, promises. Funny how when you have to put your money where your mouth is it becomes a lot harder to part with your precious BTC. (Incidentally I have made promises of my own that I am squeezing out of!)

Announcing BEEB - Blackbytes Escrow Exchange Bot. Instant buy and sell batches of Blackbytes 24h/24h, 7 days a week. (you don't need to find a peer anymore: the bot is the peer!) How can I add this? It does not appear in Bot Store + Add a new device - AxV6ohKFORqIGfGqCZgjK1HlL8vBiNltcWWaI0Rc9yN+@byteball.fr/bb#0000 -on the Chat tabHi all. I am pleased to see some GBB traded on BEEB. Can you please advertise the bot is functional. Would be appreciated. Thx. Yes Bot did work for me thanks. Only sold a small amount to test functionality as prices are a little too low in my opinion. Also noted is the price of GB on Bittrex. Surely dumping must be over by now? Price still falling :-(

deeponion got listed in novaexchange but i feel is better to just hold your coins and participate in all the airdrop-rounds.
Let the games begin thx devs for Deeponion and the effort you put in to. Thx DO COMMUNITY It says Not connected to any peers, please provide addnodes if any. when looking at the deeponion wallet. Seems it isn't connected to any peers yet. Any idea how to fix that? Did you put the default .conf file in the appdata directory though? I am talking about the coin on Novaexchange. My wallet is working perfectly. I think you will find that you can't deposit any onion on nova yet until they add some peers.

They have got to exist somewhere in this massive universe. The idea that we are alone in the universe is as profound as is the existance of intelligent life elsewhere.

So 100 more blocks until segwit is actually activated and then we will have effectively increased the blocksize to around 2MB right?
Not exactly - 100 blocks to official lock-in, then 2016 blocks before actual activation. Thanks. Pretty confusing all this jargon. Every time you think you have a handle on it something else proves you wrong. Love Meuh's Gif of the laptop being flung across the room lol.

So if core do not want to go down the 2X route but segwit has been activated then I assume that they will have a wallet that does not accept 2X transactions right? If a large portion of the miners migrate to this new fork will core tweak the software so that it can deal with the loss of hashpower and tweak the difficulty faster, a bit like bcash did? If not I imagine that chain would grind to a halt until diff ratchets down which could be an age and might cause peeps to jump ship? Or have I got this all wrong? What are your thoughts?
