Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ChainLink - Sell or Hold for some more time?

Although your post is months ago
I will be sharing some opinion for people who thinking whether to buy now or wait Technically most of the Alts is dropping hard as we can see the Alts index is not performing over the past 2 week
Link price wise It had corrected almost 50% from $20 which the price float around $10-12 now For coins that corrected 50%, it is consider a huge correction and buying it now is of course a better choice than buying it at $20 right?
However take note, if you are buying now, always know that it might not see gains immediately If price drop, DCA-ing it since LINK is not some empty shell coins that does nothing, it provides oracle service for a lot business out there Reserve some cash, buy some Link, you are good to go

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH still going higher as our anticipatiion

Aside from Technical Analysis ETH 2.0 Deposit contract just released hours ago
It seems like a hype which could bring Ethereum price movement to another level However i am not sure if the entire ETH 2.0 thing will be there soon or this is just sort of phase 1
Anyhow, personally i think ETH had a good chance of hitting $500 within 2 Quarter time

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it enough for YFI or are you still waiting for a magical pump?
|
on: November 04, 2020, 05:39:20 AM

I think if they can really make money and distribute the profits to YFI Stakers, it could worth something
ASSUME if they can split $500,000 profit/year to all YFI stakers At diluted supply = 30,000
Every YFI token will get $16 a YEAR Given that if you buy at $10,000 You will need 625 years.. to recoup your investment
But of course this is just assumption, they can make more money than that if they can get more TVL (Total Value Lock) They had $390M now, given that they take 5% of the yield profit, on 10% APY IT will result $2Million, which also means $66/yearly One fact we cannot ignore is yeah, YFI is overpriced Until they can make YEARN more profitable with more TVL, else it's hard to pays off

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about day trading Eth?
|
on: November 04, 2020, 05:28:21 AM

For people who don't leverage If you had a huge bag or huge stack of cash Day trading or swing trade ETH definitely can make you good money especially if you are a long term ETH holder
Why? Because you can always Dollar Cost while accumulating, yet swing trade for some quick profit It is definitely a quite solid way to make profit

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do You think about YFI ?
|
on: November 03, 2020, 09:38:41 AM

Seems like people are more crazy about the YFI token price itself than the protocol itself I guess majority of the people have no idea what YFI does and what YFI token does
Not saying that YFI token is bad or what But i will spent my money using their yield aggregator to farm yield rather than buying YFI token itself

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding?
|
on: November 03, 2020, 04:52:04 AM

One of the coin i hold is call Commerceblock
I am in the ICO since 2017 and been holding for years They didn't exit scam till now and are going to the equity model after many years
People might be impatient on why the price is not moving but instead of investing into pump and dump project, investing into this type of genuine and solid project is much better

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects
|
on: November 03, 2020, 03:52:06 AM

This is normal, i think you can't really blame on bounty hunters
They are not accounted for like what, 10-20% supply? Bounty hunters are usually only accounted for 1-3%
If Bounty hunters could affect the price so much On the other perspective, meaning no one wanted to buy when people dump because it has no VALUE
If the coin had Value and people think that it could be performing in long run They should thanks to bounty hunter for selling cheap

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano coin price $1 in 2020?
|
on: November 02, 2020, 05:26:09 AM
|
Before looking at the price, lets look at the marketcap
Cardano (ADA) 45B supply $3B Marketcap on circulation supply ( $3.9~4B on diluted marketcap) If Cardano hit $1, it would means that the whole marketcap of ADA would be $45B and it's consider huge
Back to your question, will it hit $1 again? On the massive bullrun in 2017, ADA did hit $1 and falls back after that But the amount of ADA supply circulated that time is far lesser than currently However, don't forget that after 3 years, we had more user base in the crypto field now, meaning more cash flow and buying power
My assumption is, IF we did really get the crazy wildbull again, ADA could hit $1

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin and altcoins bull run every 4years. how many years already? 🐂🐃🦈
|
on: October 21, 2020, 05:08:09 AM

I think timeframe does account a lil bit But it is more towards the Market Cycle
Its not like the same amount of investor is trading/investing on the market It comprise of old players, new blood and also different parties like hedge funds/institutions
The market is now more into Institutions unlike retailers in the 2017 Furthermore market is accessible by most people around the world now due to more exchanges available
IMO the timeframe for bull run should tend to be shorter than longer

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell ERC20 coins?
|
on: October 19, 2020, 06:35:23 AM
|
Well Etherdelta is one of the famous DEX in the past
Now you could either use CEX (Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex and more) Or The current famous DEXes are UNIswap, Balancer
However, if the ERC-20 Token you hold has no liquidity, i am afraid you can't sell because noone is buying
