Getting 325 with lightning BE and 370 with Matrix P.
Odd, normal scrypt it's both 752 kH/s. Like, dead-on the same.
Using
-g 2
-I 13
-thread-concurrency 8192 ( any higher is nope, unless <11200, but then lightning has single digit hashrates )

Kinda underwhelming actually, especially the lightning  

Edit: 8191 increased it to 355-385. Still no HW errors and reject rate <1%

Double edit: 4095 increased it to 380-385, hurray! However, HW galore
