Sent some Litecoins three days ago, still no sign of them in my wallet.

Awful exchange, avoid like the plague

BTC-E is not giving me the transaction ID, either because they don't have it or don't know how to find it.

Absolute nightmare,

COIN-E still haven't got back to me either. Looks like I've lost these coins

If I don't get a reply from them soon I'm seriously going to go out of my way to ruin their reputation

Had another reply from BTC-E.

Not what I was hoping for  I assume that asking them for the transaction ID is not unreasonable request?

Yea, the problem I'm having is on the coins-e exchange... so similar problem, different exchange.

I wondering if the transaction hash is the ID??? I your case... from the link this is: 58485411f35c23a390913de00c1ababa390ca098e4a56b0cac926d8e08994379

I'm after the Litecoins transaction ID for #xxxxxxxxxxx which was a withdraw not a order on the exchange.

So far I'm not having much luck, hopefully if I ask enough times someone will finally give me the ID 

Alternatively does anyone know how to find the transaction ID out without asking BTC-E? As they don't seem to understand what I'm after. 

I don't have the transaction ID, this is the problem unfortunately. I sent the money from BTC-E, so I have no record of the ID. Do you know if I can find it via http://explorer.litecoin.net ?

Is this kind of deposit delay normal for coins-e?

Can anyone help me by telling me what a transaction ID looks like for a Litecoin payment at all? I'm having trouble with coins-e and I'm trying to get the transaction ID for the payment I sent from my BTC-E account. I don't know if I can look it up on the http://explorer.litecoin.net? I'm unsure of the format for the ID though so have no idea what to send them.

Any help would be appreciated

Another day without a reply... 

Awful service, best avoid them at all costs.

I deposited 10LTC into Coin-E yesterday, no sign of it...

I can see from the LTC address they gave me to deposit into, that the coins were moved a few hours later to another address.

No response from support, have a feeling I'm never going to see them again..

Has anyone else had the same problem or know how else I can get in contact with them?
