I don't think it is a new era. This is a normal situation for cryptocurrency.
At this time Q2 of the year,  crypto market tends to be going up and increasing.

Market was down because the correction.  And for now market is slowly back to normal.  You can see the market now,  cryptocurrency value has going to be green.

To find a good ICO you will need to found out their team profile,  project description,  date of the roadmap.
You don't need to read whole whitepaper.

For me, the most easiest way to earn tokens is Airdrop because you just have to join in their telegram.
But just be careful because some Airdrops are scam.
If you join bounty, it is more difficult than Airdrops, because you have to make an article for their campaign.
But the tokens you will earn is much more than you join airdrops.

Altcoint was falling into the bottom in march.  But now in April,  seems like altcoint price is incresed back to the normal price. It is recomended to hokd your altcoin because it has a possibility to increase more.

I think you can sell your coin now because the market trend is up.
But if you want to get more coins,  you should hold your coins until it reach the highest price in this year.

People holding their altcoin because they believe someday altcoin will be used by many peoples and the price will go much higher than current.

I don't know about Merculet or Kryptal team,
But what i know investing in ICO still profitable if you found a real ICO not a scam one.

As long bitcoin price still the highest in the market, i think bitcoin can not be replace by other coins.
For example, Etherium, it's price still far from Bitcoin.

i suggest you to hold and wait until the market price is normal again, because this time the market price is still recovering. it's not a good time to sell coins.

my plan with Altcoin is i will hold it until the price on the market fully recovered.
if i sell my coins now i won't get much from it instead i will get losses.

No, now is not the time for invest in ICO.
Buy coins instead, because now the cyrpto market has been start to recover from the bloodbath.

sometimes i join airdrops, maybe only 3 airdrops because i prefer join bounty than airdrops, in bounty you will get more coins than airdrops.
