21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB ? on: September 22, 2023, 03:31:10 AM
Lol skyrocket?
I just hope it doesn't get under $200 or huge liquidations will take place. There were rumors about BNB going to get dumped just like FTT as due to some issues with the US regulatory body, Binance started selling users' BTC and other assets internally to purposefully save BNB from getting drowned which is not acceptable at all. I hope this does not happen or the confidence will break and Binance will go broke.
I think the FUD about Binance is overblown when it comes to Binance dot US. That said, other newer projects have a higher potential for returns. Projects like Shimmer, Q Blockchain, and QUAI for example.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: September 22, 2023, 03:23:27 AM
There are no layer zero airdrops. One of the developers of the Layer Zero team(With proof) confirmed it. Most of the airdrop hunters used the Arbitrum Airdrop money to farm the layzero airdrop. End of the day you are being farmed by the protocol.  You will get nothing.
Cite the source dude. Its not like theres a real confirmation from the devs themselves. List it with the comment so we could check if you are right. You might probably right when you say some devs taking advantage of the protocol from users but they havent said about it so its seems that users were just doing it on their own scheme. Since they didnt promise any, its not their obligations so this is quite risky actually. Not having airdrop is a bit critical if they announced it now sicne mostly will pullback and remoge their fair shares.

I spent a lot of time doing Layerzero and Lamina1 bounty tasks, and for nothing. It's easier to get rewards from Q Blockchain's saving and borrowing program or QUAI by retweeting their content. Those projects actually pay out their rewards.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What if its falls! Will altcoin survive? on: September 22, 2023, 03:22:03 AM
XRP will likely take the place of BTC on CMC. It wouldn't surprise me if SOL, Q Blockchain or HBAR overtook Ethereum. There are a lot of open ETH shorts RN.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB Coin Hit $300 Mark in 2023? on: September 22, 2023, 03:21:08 AM
Why would you invest in BNB with such a high market cap when there are so many new good chains preparing to launch? zeta, QUAI, shardeum, Q Blockchain are a few.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LAYER 2 projects to HOLD waiting for the next uptrend of the cryptocurrency. on: September 22, 2023, 03:20:21 AM
There are a lot of projects that are waiting for bull market conditions before launching on an exchange. During the bear market they had airdrop campaigns to grow their communities. There is no reason RN to invest in L2s when you can get them for free. Take Q Blockchain for example. If you want to get Q tokens, all you have to do is lock USDC in their lending dApp. There is an APR of 500%. Zealy dot io has lots of bounties too. I have been doing the QUAI bounty daily. All you have to do is retweet their tweets to get tokens. Stuff like that, easy money, it just takes a few minutes per day.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run within Q4 of 2024? on: September 22, 2023, 03:17:46 AM
It Isn't possible for tell the adject time when bull session will start but as this is speculation sector, you can feel free to share your prediction about it. Now let me guess! Meanwhile i google about Btc halving and it shows, April 26, 2024.  And if so, then it is possible that bull will within some months after halving occurred. That means possible time could be within 2024? Or 2025? What is your thought? Note: Invest wtih your own responsibility.
I think this is the cycle where we get mainstream adoption and legal clarity. They want to transition us into digital ID and CBDC. They need to bring down the old system (banking and stocks) to do it. If they didn't bring it down, there would be no incentive for people to switch to CBDCs and lots of resistance. If they give people UBI in their digital wallet, most will go for it.

29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN] Introducing Q Blockchain: The World's Most Secure & Democratic Blockchain on: September 15, 2023, 07:55:23 AM
Welcome to Q: The Governance Layer for Web3

Overview
Q Blockchain stands as a cutting-edge blockchain protocol offering unparalleled security, speed, and democratic governance. With its robust framework, this protocol has attracted a growing array of projects launching their dApps across various sectors such as DeFi, Lending, NFTs, GameFi, and DAO tooling.

Operating as a non-profit foundation based in Liechtenstein, Q Blockchain is governed by a comprehensive legal constitution designed to protect users. With over a year on the mainnet, the protocol extends an invitation for public participation.

Key Features
Proof of Authority (PoA) with 13% APY Staking Rewards for Delegators
Q Blockchain is based on a Proof of Authority (PoA) mechanism, ensuring rapid 5-second blocks. Additionally, the protocol offers a generous 13% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) as staking rewards for delegators.

25 Root Nodes and 101 Validators
The protocol features a dual-layer governance structure with 25 root nodes functioning as a Layer0 to oversee 101 validators. These root nodes act as 'validators for validators,' ensuring compliance with the legal constitution.

Multi-Functional Portal: HQ.Q.org
HQ.Q.org serves as more than just a DAO and DeFi portal; it also offers escrow, Q Bridge, Gnosis Safe, staking, vault, delegation tools, root node and validator tools, blockchain metrics, block explorer, account aliasing, time locks, and extensive documentation.

Tokenomics
Q Blockchain boasts a 1 billion token supply and a modest 1% inflation rate. The inflation proceeds are directly distributed to Q token holders, effectively offsetting gas fees.

Grants and Open Source
A grants program is available to support developer initiatives, and the entire ecosystem is open source. Notably, the DAO Factory Beta dApp allows for the quick and free establishment of legally compliant DAOs. https://q-dao.tools/

31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: September 11, 2023, 07:19:50 AM
As of this time, we're in an uncertain situation. Despite XRP and Grayscale win their respective lawsuits against the SEC, it's just a temporary gain and it will gradually lose momentum that leads for the market to go back to square one.

Before the Grayscale announcement, BTC is sitting around $25.9k and was pumping to $28k for a few days. However because of the postponement of other ones applying for Bitcoin Spot ETFs, the market was manipulated and goes back once again to $25.9k.

It would be a gain for those who have positioned themselves correctly whether long or short. There's nothing that could really hype up the crypto market just like what we have experienced for most of 2021.

As we are preparing for the BTC halving this coming 2024, there are no promises or guarantees whatsoever if it would be a catalyst for a future bull run of the market once again. Time will tell.

Only time can tell, more on how investors and traders will position their money while analyzing the market. It's difficult to say whether the direction will push forward and pump the market,

Or, it will stay this way and continue to play around and let the moving money to decide what direction
to move, better to work more on analyzing and anticipating by doing your research.
TA is astrology for men. Just buy something that's stakeable like Polygon or Q Blockchain or Incognito Chain and stake it till you make it.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: September 11, 2023, 07:18:41 AM
It will be very important as usual to make good selections of our coins and while Bitcoin is looking very bullish right now, holding some Altcoins is very important because in a bull run, Altcoins are frequently outperforming Bitcoin because of new technology and innovation.
Here are my selections:

1# AVALACHE

Avalanche had many great news recently as AMAZON selecting Avalanche because of Subnets and Avalanche has seen numberous new applications launching on Avalanche.
In general, Subnets are a huge game changer on Avalanche: https://medium.com/@demirelo/the-era-of-avalanche-subnets-9e94f377cb65

Subnets are a collection of validators participating in Avalanche consensus. A subnet can have costomized Blockchain characteristics but it's based on Avalanche Blockchain. So, a Subnet can be a customized Blochkchain, validated by Avalanche validators who are also required to validate Avalanche's mainnet.
Every Subnet can have different levels of inclusiveness (for example: permissioned, public or private), Such an unique design opens up many possibilities to implement numberous enterprise applications on Avalanche's Blockchain.
AMAZON has detected Avalanche's potential already, when Amazon selected Avalanche: https://medium.com/avalancheavax/ava-labs-and-aws-bring-scalable-blockchain-solutions-to-enterprises-and-governments-295040a34263
In addition, Avalanche is a capped coin, making it scare and people can buy it as a store of value.

Avalanche can really have huge potential and increase in price massively.

2# ETHEREUM

Ethereum has achieved PoS in 2022, making it a top contender against Bitcoin's PoW when combatting climate change. PoS will make Ethereum less wasteful because PoS requires less energy consumption.
In addition, Ethereum is now more scarce as well even if Ethereum's supply has no hard cap but inflation of Ethereum is reduced since PoS.
Ethereum is still strong in DeFi applications, such like Uniswap. More demand of DeFi applications could drive demand for Ethereum.
Only issue is scalability of Ethereum: while Blockchains such as Avalanche have solved scalability, scalability on Ethereum still needs to be coded, which could take lots of time.

3# DOGECOIN

Dogecoin is an original coin and has been around for a very long time. Dogecoin is very famous because of Doge and it will always attract some people to buy it.
Compared to copies, like Shiba Inu or Elon Doge, Dogecoin will always be an original coin, not a cheap copy.
Dogecoin can be promoted easily because it's a timeless coin.

4# CHAINLINK

Chainlink is a relatively new Coin and it gained interest quickly.
Because Chainlink is very essential in an environment of a large number of Blockchains, which need to be linked, we can expect positive investments if we are long on Chainlink. It is likely to increase interoperability as an important factor between Blockchains and Chainlink is well positioned to be a leading Link coin. Chainlink is also supported by Avalanche core developers.
Finally, Chainlink has a massive support among NATO members advertising for it on various soccial media channels.

After all, coins are always speculative but my examples mentioned above are in my opinion a good selection.
We don't know about profits but in a bull market, Avalanche, Ethereum, Dogecoin and Chainlink could perform very well.

What's your Altcoin to look at in 2023?

Out of the 4 listed I would only but Chainlink. For me, it's a buy at anything under 7usd and since they are partnered with Swift, I legitimately think that 1000 usd is doable. I also like Fantom, Polygon, and Q Blockchain compared to Ethereum. I'm no longer bullish on Ethereum. Doge, it could do well with the whole X Twitter thing but I think they will release their own X token for that.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoin will go 10x this year? on: September 11, 2023, 07:16:54 AM
Hi everyone, it's already 2022, and I would like to know your opinion, which alicoin will grow by x10 or even more this year?

Personally, I bet on ecosystem projects that have a lot of fundamentals and are underestimated. I think that projects like NEAR and Cosmos will be able to do x10 in 2022, how about you?

I like NEAR, it has a lot of room to go back up. My price target is 20 USD. Solana is undervalued now. I'm buying under 15 USD and selling at 250 USD. I'm also bagging new coins like QUAI, Q Blockchain, Lamina1, Monad etc.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH vs BTC future growth potential on: September 11, 2023, 07:15:36 AM
I hear a lot of voices saying that BTC's price will go through the roof when the monetary system goes down.
I've heard predictions of BTC going 4x in 2024. Others say 33x in years to come.

Is there any estimated guess on how high Ethereum can go?
While the growth of BTC depends on the loss of confidence in regular currencies (dollar, euro..) it seems that the growth of ETH is not dependent on this.
I often hear people talk about BTC value explosion, while it seems that growth of ETH price is more gradual and linear. So basically a lower expected return on investment.

Also, after BTC surviving for more than 10 years and not even the Chinese government being able to stop it, I am quite confident it can not be stopped.
But can ETH somehow be stopped? Confiscated or devalued when exchanges are attacked

The investment I can afford right now is 1 BTC and 1 ETH.
I barely have fixed costs for the next 2 years so I can slowly stack up.
But I don't know if the same amount is better invested in let's say 0.5 BTC and 5 ETH. That will depend on growth potential and safety
Also if the government somehow finds a way to attack BTC, owning 5 ETH can compensate for the other investment that didn't work out.
I would like to diversify, but don't find many suited options to diversify in.
It's common knowledge that you can make more money investing in the right small caps and new projects than by buying Bitcoin for example. During the next bullrun we might get a 4x, that would be 100k usd. Nice right? Well yes and no. If you instead invested in something new, like QUAI or Q Blockchain and they went from .33 usd to 33 usd and you invested 1k usd, then you would have 100x'd your money and turned 1k into 100k. Not too shabby right? The trick is finding the right project. For me, my altcoin gems are Bird, 0xMR, UTNP, and Q Blockchain. I did invest in a lot of stinkers in the past though, like Aloha and MAXX but you don't have to win them all to have life changing wealth, it only takes one moonshot!
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layer 1 Projects speculation on: September 11, 2023, 07:04:29 AM

36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins are listed on top exchange? on: September 11, 2023, 07:03:36 AM
No way Roll Eyes
The listing fees of the best exchanges are huge, so any project can be listed for money and it is not the best coin for that.
Moreover one should not rush to invest after seeing the listing on a good exchange because the development of the project will be more dependent on an investor.

There are many coins that get delisted from good exchanges because their volume decreases and investors decrease, the main reason being poor development progress.
In order for a project to get listed on a good exchange, they normally have to have a scammy ICO. They take 50% of the funds to buy lambo and houses for themselves then give the other 50% to Binance. Then they and their VC buddies dump tokens on the market and a small portion of those will go to build something, but they will run out of money after a year or two and close shop.

The answer to this problem is decentralized listings on order book based DEXs. The problem is that there aren't many of these kinds of DEXs and most of them do not allow for self listing.

Be really careful before buying into new projects/ICOs. These days you can get tokens for free by participating in bounties on websites like zealy dot io. You can get tokens from Mantle, Q Blockchain, Lamina1, Shardeum and other new projects there before they list on an exchange or do a token sale.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: September 11, 2023, 07:00:20 AM
I came across a post where an advise was ditch out
for newbies like myself not to get involved in new projects,
due to the risk that follows.

But with all honestly, Some project with 3 to 7 months old have one time becomes Scam, Good  example is OKS CHAIN. The project was over 2 years old, yet end up being scam, as the CEO and other dev cart away with so much money. And abandoned the project.

My experience tells me that everything involves around crypto project, Is about risk, except for the president of them all ( Bitcoin ), The vice ( Ethereum ) and the child ( Binance ). Investing in any of these 3 gives risk free system. As they say experience is the best teacher in life.

So i strongly disagreed with the term of " do not invest in a brand new project " to be risk free. A lot of new project has yielded x50
of my investment to me most of the time, What i usually do, Once they're up, i take off with my investment and interest. This is my experiences.
And i strongly believes by doing this, Will yield high success to everyone and also helps you to minimize the risk of lossing all your funds.
There are many things you need to look at when investing in a new project, probably too many to name here but first, make sure the team is legit and the tokenomics make sense. Also check to see that the project solves a real world problem and has utility that can generate revenue. These are things that led me to look into ENJ and Q Blockchain. Q will receive fees from organization that establish DAOs on their chain and ENJ is rumored to be partnered with Sony.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is currently the best crypto to invest in? on: September 11, 2023, 06:58:08 AM
I have been a crypto enthusiast for some time now, thou I have lacked consistentency, but over the years I have seen people who have carved out good lives for themselves with crypto, either by direct or indirect investment.,as a result I wish to invest in crypto with cash, but with minimal knowledge,so I seek the help of this house in advise on which crypto to invest in currently as someone who is just getting to learn about crypto currency.
There is no one best crypto, you need to establish a portfolio and diversify depending on what you know best and where you think the market will go- most profit.

Games- ENJ
DeFi- FTM
DAOs- Q Blockchain
AI- Bird
Privacy- 0xMR
Oracles- Link
Banking- UTNP
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH's Endgame on: September 11, 2023, 06:55:42 AM
Ever since ETH adopted PoS, things have been going into the wrong direction. The network is as centralized as ever with a few big players controlling a large portion of ETH's supply. On top of that, the vast majority of nodes are running on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS). If developers don't do anything about this, ETH will become as bad as XRP in the future. My biggest concern is not only this, but also Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin. The project is too tied around him. So if he dies (God forbid) or something bad happens to him, you expect ETH's market prices to go all the way down the drain in an instant. It's likely ETH will become worthless after this.

What do you think? Is the endgame for ETH approaching? Will it be possible for ETH to become decentralized again? Or is it already too late? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Preach. Ethereum can't scale to be used as a world computer, what it was planned to be. People have moved on to other EVM chains due to the fact that gas fees have historically increased to 400 usd + in bull runs, meaning even if you have cryptos to sell for profit, if you try to sell them you will lose money!!!!!!! I've already sold my Ethereum for Polygon and I'm probably going to Fomo into Shimmer and Q Blockchain when they are available for trade on exchanges.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next trending storyline in DeFi might be RWA on: September 11, 2023, 06:54:01 AM
RWA is short for real world assets. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink mentioned in an interview in the Fox news channel that they can create more tokenization of assets and securities. Similar to the other trending storylines of the past, the next big storyline might be for the tokenization of real world assets and there are platforms in DeFi being developed for this already.

https://coinmarketcap.com/view/real-world-assets/

Will some of these coins be 100x gems? Begin the research hehehe!

BlackRock (BLK) CEO Larry Fink said crypto, specifically bitcoin (BTC), could revolutionize the financial system in an interview with Fox Business on Wednesday.

“We do believe that if we can create more tokenization of assets and securities – that’s what bitcoin is – it could revolutionize finance,” he said.

Read in full https://www.coindesk.com/business/2023/07/05/blackrock-ceo-larry-fink-says-bitcoin-could-revolutionize-finance/
Maker is making big moves in RWA tokenization. Another angle that people are not considering is that with DAOs, people can join together and pool resources to invest in RWAs too. Like constitution DAO, where they tried to buy a copy of the US constitution together. I think there will be more of that kind of stuff, likely hosted on Q Blockchain or Ethereum with kali wrappr for legal protection.
