Bitfinex has always been a shit exchanger. No licenses, no real office, they always hide.
were you molested by an exchange as a kid? you seem to spread hate about every single one out there. some of it's valid but there are still better things to do with your time. i do what I want with my time. Bitfinex is a pure fraud as many, many other exchangers. You are just a shill...

it is really painful that those who had so much believe in bitcoin began to panic just because bitcoin fell in price. we should hodl own coins and believe in the whole bitcoin ideology. Most persons invested in bitcoin because they hope to make a fortune but those of us who invested because we believe in the whole bitcoin ideolgy will hodl and wait for bitcoin price to normalize
if you invested for a so called ideology, why do you wait for "bitcoin price to normalize"? What does mean "normalize"?

And I have a question for you, if you're doubting in BTC. Did you see the rise to 1k USD and how fast we broke it this time and went 3 times higher? In 2015 people were saying what you're saying now. That it had its chance and blew it and after GOX fiasco and China banning BTC there will never be another 1000 USD. That's why people were selling at $300 and lower even when it was clearly oversold. If you're selling below 5k you're like these people who were selling for $200 and $100 then. Next year it didn't need China or Karpeles and his bots, and it went to 3k like a rocket.
it needed Bitfinex to print "fake" money through Tether. ))

Japan, Germany and many other countries requires a license for trading digital currencies like BTC.
Sometimes you can actually get something half right, but unfortunately, the other half defeats you. Another pertinent question you didn't answer. You gave Japan as an example of where Bitfinex is breaking the law. Where does Japanese law state that?
Does Bitfex own a Japan or EU financial license? I don't see it It doesn't need one. Unlike the US they don't consider licenses to be required of companies operating in foreign countries just because some of their citizens may use the service. From all you are saying is that Bitfinex don't need any financial license anywhere. Right? At the moment it would be only the US and even that is dubious due to the fact that the regulators reinterpreted the existing laws after the fact. That being said the US justice system is a conviction machine and they will always win in their own courts so it is possible that a few crypto exchanges may get a fine. With the BTC-e example, it is the money laundering that is the serious issue. "You gave Japan as an example of where Bitfinex is breaking the law. Where does Japanese law state that?"TheQuin, another example that you know nothing about regulations : https://www.reuters.com/article/us-crypto-currencies-japan/japan-to-warn-hong-kong-based-cryptocurrency-exchange-binance-source-idUSKBN1GY1BK?__twitter_impression=true

"Institutional Investors" are going to send $300 million dollars to a company: LOL
Exactly, they wouldn't, so they must be sure that Tether is totally above board. by generating funds from thin air just to pump BTC. this is called fraud, market manipulation, issuing securities and so on .... Bitfinex are criminals.

Tether prints $300,000,000 and Bitcoin jumps nearly $1000 in less than 30 minutes https://imgur.com/SCxxxEj"Institutional Investors" are going to send $300 million dollars to a company: LOL 1. Not once completed an audit they promised. 2. Lied about association with Bitfinex. 3. Founded by a ponzi scammer. 4. CFO thought about committing fraud several times. 5. Under CFTC investigation.

- exchanges that don't give a fuck and are not even hiding blatant wash trading, tape painting and spoofing. - pump and dump groups with thousands of members on telegram dedicated to inflate the value of the coins of their choice and then dump their bags on poor bag holders who fund their gains before they run the thing to the ground. - hackers who hack websites, wallets, exchanges, smart contracts - scammers of all kind - exchanges that will randomly confiscate your money and then you wait for months for customer support response, criminals - 99% of icos are blatant cash grabs with no useful product or working prototype whatsoever and they are going to fail. - miners that waste incredible amount of energy to mine mostly worthless funbux, ruin gpu market and occasionally enjoy cheap, even subsidized electricity while providing pitiful amount of new jobs. - Crypto investors (speculators) who heavily shill their coins and fight with each other like a bunch of retarded children over whose funbuck is the god and which is worthless trash. - "captains of the industry" who think they're next Edisons or Nikola Tesla while in fact they're making overpriced pogo sticks at best.

Tether/Bitinex went from printing $100 million a day to $0 a day over night. No new Tether printed in over a month. Are we supposed to believe demand dropped 100% or is it more likely there was never any demand in the first place? Bitfinex and Tether = the same fraudulent company You already have your own thread for this. Please stop trolling this one. stop being a shill for a criminal organization like Bitfinex.
