Maybe your graphics card doesn't support OpenCL...Which OS and which graphics card have you got?
5  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Bitte um tech. Erklärung zur Wallet.dat on: June 15, 2011, 08:15:41 AM

6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to control Namecoind.exe on: June 15, 2011, 07:59:02 AM
To control namecoind, you need to use the command line, there is no GUI yet, AFAIK.
The commands for namecoind are the same as those for the command line Bitcoin client, bitcoind. The full list of commands can be found here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_Calls_list, also see http://dot-bit.org/InstallAndConfigureNamecoin

I don't use Windows, so I don't know the exact syntax, but it should work like this:
Open the Command Prompt window, navigate to the folder where you saved namecoind and execute these commands:
Code:
namecoind.exe getbalance
to see your current balance,
Code:
namecoind.exe listreceivedbyaddress 0 true
to see your addresses for receiving namecoins
Code:
namecoind.exe sendtoaddress <namecoinaddress> <amount>
to send coins and
Code:
namecoind.exe help
for a list of commands.

Hope this helps!

Have you tried updating to the latest client version?

Also, update to the latest client version (0.3.23), that is supposed to fix some connection problems:

9  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Solo mining - Nothing gets accepting - Difficulty 1 hashes 0 on: June 14, 2011, 09:01:19 AM
Oops, I didn't notice you were mining solo - what I wrote doesn't really apply here, then, sorry for that Lips sealed
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero Shares- Something Wrong? on: June 14, 2011, 08:54:06 AM
I think your hash rate is simply too low; at 600 kH/s, i would expect you to find a share roughly every two hours, but there may be a lot of variance in that.
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Solo mining - Nothing gets accepting - Difficulty 1 hashes 0 on: June 14, 2011, 08:48:47 AM
Do you know why the difficulty is 1? It sounds like that's either the easiest difficulty or the hardest.
That's how pools work, AFAIK; they send out difficulty=1 hashes for your miner to solve, and there's a certain chance that a difficulty=1 solution will also be a solution for the current, higher, difficulty. Basically, the shares you submit to the pool server are your proof-of-work, just like the full-difficulty hash is the pool's proof-of-work for the full block chain.
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Running for an hour, multiple times, and still 0 ACCEPTED 0 REJECTED, 0 RESULTS on: June 12, 2011, 06:31:56 PM
How would I change which wallet it mines into?
Usually you set your payout address on the pool's website - except for Eligius's pool, I think you directly set your username to the payout address there.

13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need Deepbit admin help ASAP PLS on: June 12, 2011, 09:47:51 AM
I'm sure it will sort itself out. Remember, the BTCs have already been transfered to your account (See post #6), your client just doesn't know it yet  Wink
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need Deepbit admin help ASAP PLS on: June 12, 2011, 09:12:34 AM
@TheGer, the way it looks this really is no problem Tycho/deepbit could do anything about; the OPs problem is that his client is getting no connections.

Re:Fallback Nodes: You might want to try the commands mentioned here: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=12573.msg174660#msg174660

As I said, you don't have the whole block chain - the current block count is 130234. If you're connected to the bitcoin network, you should slowly see the number rise. How many connections does your client show?
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need Deepbit admin help ASAP PLS on: June 12, 2011, 08:10:24 AM
Well, how many blocks do you have? If the number of blocks in your client is lower than the number of blocks shown here:http://blockexplorer.com/q/getblockcount, your client hasn't downloaded the whole block chain yet.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: CPU miner on these won't accept my command line arguments. on: June 12, 2011, 06:59:03 AM
Actually, the Syntax should be:
Code:
minerd.exe --user DrenDran.next --pass notgiven --url http://mining.bitcoin.cz:8332
(note the "--")
Whether using a CPU for mining is still worthwhile anymore is another matter... Wink
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: At what point is it not worth it? Are these rates for Slush's pool normal? on: June 12, 2011, 06:44:16 AM
You might want to check here to see how many BTCs you should get on average: http://bitcoinx.com/profit/
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin runs but stops generating on: June 11, 2011, 12:52:32 PM
Is 0.3.22 already out for Mac OS X?
Anyway, solo mining with 1.5 MHash/s won't get you too far. Maybe you should try a GPU Miner like DiabloMiner (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/DiabloMiner) and think about joining a mining pool.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: [Bounty] Namecoin, Complete install guide for Ubuntu ? on: June 11, 2011, 12:47:03 PM
Well, what errors are you getting?
These instructions worked fine for me on 11.04: http://dot-bit.org/InstallAndConfigureNamecoin
