We need to add Cryptopia to the list of Trumpcoin exchanges. I had actually never really looked at Cryptopia before yesterday. I have to say, I'm impressed by the unique features, the staff and the community there. Support is so far very responsive and helpful. I am currently mining heavily for DOTcoins to register a tipbot slot for Trumpcoin there. I agree that memes are the way to go, and memes not targeted just to Trump, but figures such as Milo. Great idea. Following Dogecoin's lead is a good idea. Meme the shit out of the coin. Trump thrives on memes, it only makes sense that his coin is also meme'd.
If any of you are on the fence and are reading this thread, I would invest into the coin now. This project is not gonna die and the chances of this coin mooning are very good. it is worth even a small investment.

This wasn't a community takeover.. This was a backroom deal that the community didn't have a single part in.
What you mean to say is that you are tired of dealing with the coin, sold your coins, and left the coin to the community to deal with on their own and came up with this pretty lame and unbelievable story to help you drop the project.

A smart move would be to let it sit there for a month or two and let people think it wont happen so they forget about it or lose track. Then before you know it.. well we all know. The coins still being in the same address well after the supposed 'community takeover' should be the red flag that appears immediately. If I had reached a deal with a person to buy out a wallet and take over as dev I would make damn sure that I got what I paid for immediately. Especially if it was a large sum of money. Dev fund is what, 4 BTC? Definitely not any amount of money I would just wait around patiently for. He still has options though. 1. He can say that the takeover didn't reach fruition and that he will continue to be the dev. This wouldn't be verifiable as the new supposed dev refuses to post out of fear of negative feedback.. 2. Transfer the coins to a new address and leave them there for a while before selling them to put on a front that they were transferred to the 'new' dev. 3. Keep the coins there and claim the private keys were sent to the new dev which wouldn't be reasonable or trustworthy. 4. Transfer to an exchange and try to sell them. The most reasonable excuse is there isn't enough volume to sustain an order of that magnitude so he simply can't sell them right now except in small bits and is waiting for more volume. I don't own any BigUP coins but I am part of a project that is partnered with this coin. I mentioned that something like this could happen back then and the proof is in the pudding as they say. Started mining at the beginning of 2015 and am now up to 2.8 th/s. With BTC increasing, adding more hash requires relativity less coin. Hence, I am able to upgrade sooner and more often. Hope the price stays up for a while so I can keep building my mine.

Dear Trumpers, I got the quote for the paper wallet from cryptolife. Here is his response: "0.12 BTC if you provide the artwork, and it matches the template that's already set up". The template is linked on the previous page. in my earlier post or go to cryptolifes' website. What artwork do we want?  ? I like the color gold in there predominantly! Many paper wallet have full artwork across the whole thing. How bout a golden trump dollar looking thing or something? hut, hut, hike! I also have a request working for a DIY paper wallet that is very neat. I have asked the dev of this project to include support for trumpcoins. I will let everybody know when they get back to me. A golden trump dollar would be pretty sweet. |

Trump was just here in Dallas,TX. The event went great and everything was peaceful. Wonder if it had anything to do with the gun laws here... There were 6 men in tactile vests armed with assault rifles that came and hung out near the event. Rifles are qualified here as open carry firearms.
