Updates and Improvements
- Tax Report settings are now permanently saved and do not have to be selected again each time
- 3 charts added to the report "Current Balance" (distribution of currencies and coins)
- Added filter to the "Missing Transactions" check to hide matches
- Added checkbox for the report "(Un)realised gains" to hide currencies equal/less zero
- Added sorting in the report "Balance by Exchange" to sort by coin name or by value
- All chart titles in the dashboard are now linked to the respective reports
- New Deribit CSV import
- Fix for deposits and withdrawals for the changed Binance API
- Fixed trading fee for EUR/USD trades in the Bitstamp API
- Fixed the chart labels for the "Balance by Exchange" chart, if the grouping is set to "Transaction Type"
- Income reports added to ACB tax calculations
- Optimized number formatting for all charts

Hi Zanress,
1) nicht alle Börsen sind für den parallelen Import geeignet. z.B. wenn die Börse für CSV und API Transaktionen unterschiedliche Trade IDs ausgibt. Dann können Duplikate entstehen.
In der Regel findest du dann ein Hinweis auf der jeweiligen Importer Seite.
2) Die Wallet Imports sind auf 5 Import Jobs begrenzt. Du kannst aber jederzeit einen Job löschen und einen neuen für eine andere Wallet Adresse / Coin einrichten.
Ist der Altcoin nicht importierbar, hast du die Möglichkeit den Import via CSV (XLS Import oder Custom Importer) vorzunehmen. Oder eben die manuelle Eingabe.
Der Umgang mit mehreren Adressen ist auf der Altcoin Importer Seite beschrieben. Du hast es auch 1:1 wiedergegeben.
Man trennt die Adressen nicht mit Leerzeichen, sondern wie angegeben mit dem Pipe Symbol "|"
3) Du kannst sowohl den API Import Job als auch die durch API importierten Transaktionen wieder löschen.

You agree not to allow anyone else to use your account or password, and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized persons from learning your password and using the Service. You may create separate user accounts within each CoinTracking subscription to provide other people access."A transfer / sale of the account is at your own risk! |

Ok but they're capital gains/losses and should go on my 8949, right? Can the software export them as an attachment to the 8949?
Hi maxvan1. Unfortunately, we can't say how you have to tax your profits and losses from margin trades. You can find all necessary information with cost basis in the income report. Maybe you can transfer this information to form 8949. To be on the safe side, you should check this with a tax advisor. Via our Tax page you can find tax information and a list of tax advisors. Vielleicht war die Frage schon mal gestellt worden: Bitpandas Best Token ! Wie soll ich diese einfügen. Es gibt ja einen Best Token,aber das scheint nicht der richtige zu sein. Es gibt ,wenn sich die Maske öffnet den Bestchain und den DBest bei mir. Habt ihr einen Tipp wie man das hinbekommt ? Oder fügt ihr den noch zu in den nächsten Tagen. Bei Coinmarketcap ist er gelistet.Jedoch noch ohne Daten usw. Wäre mir egal. Ich habe die EK Preise und würde es selbst machen. Etwas in Planung ? Danke

Hi, ich bekomme Erträge/Gewinne monatlich ausgezahlt. Thema Getnode oder auch Cannergrow. Da ich die Bitcoins nicht mit meiner eigenen Fiat trade, was ist das dann? Sind das Airdrops, Lending oder wie werden solche Zuflüsse angegeben? Sollten ja als Kapitalerträge versteuert werden. Was muss ich bei Cointracking angeben? Hoffe auf Fachexpertise  Hi Joshy, könntest du die Aussage "Da ich die Bitcoins nicht mit meiner eigenen Fiat trade" näher erläutern? Sorry if this has been asked before. What is normally done if some of the exchanges you traded on no longer exist? All I have are emails with withdrawals from a few exchanges? How do you approach this scenario?  Hi justmyname, Did you record the trade history anywhere else? Is the operator of the Exchange still reachable by email? You can only enter what you know. If the data is missing, you have to do without it. |

Hi.... I recently bought a lifetime licence for CoinTracking.info. Ever since I first imported all my initial transactions there's been an anomaly that I should like to be rid of. Initially I bough some small amounts of ETH through https://localethereum.com/. Anyone familiar with this method will know that the purchase is held in escrow until it is released and therefore there are essentially two fee events. The first when the transaction is given effect to and then the second once the resultant ETH are released. I wanted to capture these fees so I included both parts of the transactions. The problem is that ever since I have been left with the following anomaly:  What is the easiest method to dispose of this anomaly, as it is causing my balances to be incorrect? Hi.
New to this site and cointracking in general. I'm undertaking the mammoth task of tracking all trades starting from jan. 2018.
I have imported Binance, Kucoin, Idex and ETH wallet via API.
I read on Cointracking support desk that internal transfer in my ETH wallet is not imported via API. So I downloaded the data in csv via etherscan and tried uploading it via csv import on "enter coin" in Cointracking.
Cointracking won't upload the data, because it lack a timestamp (doesn't fit the template I guess).
What should I do? Enter it manually? or is there an easier way?

Hi LeMond1990, the "CSV Import" ( https://cointracking.info/import/import_csv/) is ONLY for CSV files that have been exported via the "Enter Coins" page OR correspond exactly to this format. This is described on the Importer page. Please try the import via the "Custom Exchange Importer" ( https://cointracking.info/import/custom/).
