Not going to happen.

Withdraw the money from PayPal into your bank account, then meet someone with cash via LocalBitcoins. If you don't live somewhere where other people sell BTC, find a seller either on LBC or here who is willing to accept a wire, cash deposit, Western Union, or Moneygram.

cunt! Cheesy

I am what i eat. That must make you a dick.

Speaking of dicks you thought you had a pubic hair until you pissed out of it.

Your dick is so small you could fuck a cheerio and not break it.

Your dick is so small you thought you had a second belly button and your belly button is an innie.
403  Other / Meta / Re: Forfeiting scammer accounts to me on: September 21, 2014, 01:32:37 PM
I don't think the account could possibly be transferred to you. The passwords should be encrypted therefore you can never find out the original passwords of the scammers.
Pretty sure admins can change someone's password without knowing their original password.
I guess they could manually do it through their database. Assuming they hash the password with salt multiple times, they would probably have to manually do this. Unless the passwords are stored in plaintext...

Even if they can't reset someone's password, they can just change the recovery email. How do you think they recover accounts that have been hacked?

It's a very simple process.

I usually try to get to an agreement with any borrowers about what happens to their account if they default. For example, let's say that a user with an account worth .3 BTC wishes to borrow .085 BTC for 10 days, with a repayment of .1 BTC. I'll say that in the event of a total default, the user has the option to sell the account back to me for .05 BTC. If they get negative trust the account becomes worthless anyway, so the extra few bucks is better than nothing.

In theory, that works beautifully. In practice, you end up spending two months for the buyer to "pay back next week" and for bitcoin to go down 40% before finally getting your money back.

In other words, it works in preventing pure defaults, as long as the account that is borrowing from you is worth more than the loan amount. If the account isn't worth more than the loan amount you're making a mistake in loaning to them in the first place.

In your particular case, I'd recommend inquiring to these users about their accounts. I bet leevalle would give you his account if you took down his ID. Anshar may be willing to sell his account to you for a nominal amount if the sig campaign proceeds thing doesn't work out. There is always a solution - if someone permanently defaults on a loan and isn't senile, dead, or in prison, then you're doing something wrong.

I don't think the account could possibly be transferred to you. The passwords should be encrypted therefore you can never find out the original passwords of the scammers.

I have good news for you, champer. You actually don't need to deposit to withdraw from Birwo.

Congrats on your win! Smiley

407  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Now Here: Casascius 1000 BTC Fine Gold Coin on: September 21, 2014, 11:50:47 AM
This coin is now 400k $ lol
If memory serves, one of these once sold for one million dollars from chaang noi to a private collector.
Do you know what the price of bitcoin was at the time?

Over $1000 at least.
I was very skeptical of your response, so I did a little digging. Look in the quotes in this post. He says it was less than $1,000 at the time, which was later deleted, but is preserved because someone quoted it. It was also the first 1,000 BTC coin ever made.
408  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Would you pick 50,000 satoshi off the ground? on: September 20, 2014, 08:28:25 PM

when a doge hit's to 1cent+ it would be at least 10$

also it's 0.2$ for now, why wouldn't I? Grin

LTC gunna out perform doge on the next bubble  Tongue
LTC won't have another positive bubble.

How about this....tell me one thing that Litecoin does better than any other cryptocurrency. Just one thing.

I'm waiting....
409  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: <<<<<<<<<<<< I BUY BITCOINS FOR UKASH ! >>>>>>>>>>>>> on: September 20, 2014, 05:14:08 PM
I advise contacting this user via the thread instead of PM and using a well known escrow. I am not familiar with ukash, but I also assume it is reversible, so I wouldn't trade him bitcoin for it.

Why? Who are you?!
Your first few posts were about buying bitcoin via PayPal, an extremely easy to reverse payment method. I don't know about ukash, but I assume it's also reversible, in which case escrow won't do anything.

Trying to buy bitcoins as a newbie is going to be challenging for you unless you're paying upfront or through escrow with an irreversible payment method.

Hey marco you realize that none of those signatures would fit in the space given.
I've now added that you likely work from a low resolution laptop to my file on you.
412  Other / Meta / Re: Policy on multiple accounts on: September 20, 2014, 03:12:10 PM
I recommend running Tor over your VPN. A VPN by itself will not protect you if you're sharing controversial views that your government may have an issue with.

Anyway, it is fully within the rules of BCT to have as many accounts as you wish.
413  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bounty for Scammer - Leevalle on: September 20, 2014, 03:08:37 PM
Is not really nice to put some id on the net or you can confirm 100% that this is hi REAL id ?
If someone was able to acquire a picture someone else's ID, it's already public. Once anyone else has access to any of your information, it is no longer private.

Why would anyone deposit their money to this... obviously a huge risk and the returns in this case are no better than a fixed rate Bank/government guaranteed investment...
The interest rates are better than what you'd get elsewhere for your BTC, assuming a legitimate enterprise and not some other scam or ponzi scheme. Of course, this is not a legitimate enterprise and is just a scam.

Go with the Leonardo Dicaprio from Wolf of Wall Street haircut. Mature, business-like, and you'll look like a fucking boss.

Edit: Not if you have the above face structure, though. If you look like that guy, just keep the same damn haircut and stop trying to fix something which isn't broken.
420  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: What are some completely irreversible payment methods? on: September 20, 2014, 12:07:28 PM
EVERTHING is reversible, it's just a matter of how difficult.

Even a cash deposit into a bank account is reversible if the person depositing is quick enough, and meets a teller lenient enough. If you meet someone face-to-face for a cash transaction, there's no telling that he'll mug you later after he hands you the cash and you release the btc.

You also have to worry about counterfeit cash when dealing face to face.

Localbitcoins and face to face is not as secure as people make it sound. So many things can go wrong.
Yes things can go wrong and you have to be prepared for them.  Meet in a very public place.  Use one of those markers that detects counterfeit bills, etc.  I have done hundreds of face-to-face transactions with not one issue.
Markers just detect starch content. They don't protect you from quality counterfeits.

Feel it. Look at it. The portrait should be pronounced. You should be able to feel the lines at the bottom of the portrait. Nothing should be blurry or faded.
