41  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: August 28, 2018, 03:54:25 PM
It would be great to see cryptos replacing fiat money. I know some people do not want to see that happen but it is an option. Nowadays, it is very hard to use cryptos in daily routines. It is hard because of the exchange rates and places to do it. It can be done online and it means you need a good connection. The world is still dominated by banks and they do not allow cryptos. Some countries do not allow their citizens to use cryptos as well. In that case, it is very hard to use cryptos in daily routines. I believe this will happen one day but not now.
I do not think to use this currency as a payment tool to replace Fiat, besides requiring time in the transaction, it is also very ineffective for me, unless you use crypto for large-scale transactions.
42  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: August 28, 2018, 03:51:08 PM
With cryptocurrency, you have to be careful with any fraud and theft. and usually many people who are caught in the losses in the world of crypto is:
1. Not Backup Key
2. Electricity Billing Mining More
3. Lunes In Phishing Sites
4. Buy Coin With Rumors
5. Create a weak password
6. Steal With Stealth ICO

With cryptocurrency, no bank or other institution or regulation will protect you in the event of a loss.
I am not so worried about security, I am very confident with the security of my wallet.

I am more aware of fraud.
43  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency wallets: Can they be hacked?? on: August 28, 2018, 03:48:41 PM
I am very interested to know if cryptocurrency wallets like Bitcoin Core, NEON, Electrum can ever be hacked ?

44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the chances BTC is replaced by something better soon? on: August 27, 2018, 09:34:47 AM
"Soon" would be in the next 1-3 years or so.

One of the biggest dangers for BTC is something more useful coming along and investors switching - a process which could happen extremely fast, once started.

So to all the tech savy people in here - what advantages could other cryptocurrencies bring that will give them a crucial edge over BTC, and how fast could something like that come along?
do you mean transferring trust and also the current Bitcoin price to other altcoins? I think it's very difficult to do.

it's not easy to build a big trust like the one that bitcoin has today.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you feel when you found out it was a SCAM? on: August 27, 2018, 09:32:51 AM
I once experienced this, suddenly the team just ignored carrying away project funds.

but there are also several projects that up to now have not been registered in the market, but the team is still active on the telegram.
there is a difference between the two, one is obviously fraud but one is a failed project. we must be able to distinguish which fraud project and which project failed.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Digital Gold?? on: August 27, 2018, 09:29:44 AM
After reading a lot of posts made by people on this forum, I realized about 75% of them see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. For me, I don't think Bitcoin is a digital gold. Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin to be precise, was developed to be a safer option for transaction of goods and services and also the best mode of payment. Bitcoin was introduced to disable all the restrictions that banks and the financial system presented. A lot of people have lost huge sums of money because they saw bitcoin as a digital gold. I know others will argue that bitcoin has also made people rich but for me, I don't think it is advisable to consider Bitcoin as a digital gold. Bitcoin is a digital currency.
I really agree, bitcoin is digital gold, just like gold but this is digital form.
and don't ever see bitcoin as a currency.
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ? on: August 26, 2018, 08:23:08 AM
then what's the use of the blockchain system if bitcoin works like a bank.
after all bitcoin is impossible and will never dominate fiat currency
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Mining Really Causing Environmental Damage? Maybe not that much... on: August 26, 2018, 08:20:38 AM
obviously it damages the environment, because it uses electricity with fossil fuels in excess. it will make natural resources run out quickly. and coal has a limited amount.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will bitcoin become obsolete? on: August 26, 2018, 08:17:29 AM
Analysis : Blockchain, the technology behind Bitcoin, is predicted to be the leading technology in the future, but this technology will become obsolete.

Is it possible that bitcoin will be obsolete in the future?
all technology in the world is outdated, nothing is new every time.
but I think blockchain is an exception, blockchain is a super-high security system, honestly, isn't that what everyone in the world has been looking for?
thus you already understand the answer. blockchain will never be obsolete, because blockchain it is needed.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PURPOSE OF TOKEN? on: August 24, 2018, 12:10:24 PM
The main purpose of token for Users is to use the token in the system that the ICO issuers provide, The ico organizers don't really need to give the tokens to users to make it's system useable, but they do that because that's their way to earn money, they sell the tokens for users and then the money they get is being used for development and social marketing( no to mention that a large amount of that money just goes as profit for organizers, and that's the way that most of them just exit the project without finishing because they already got their money in their hands).

You are right, most ICO projects that carry their coins are not all registered in the market.
I think the development team doesn't really care about that because they have put money in their hands.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be stronger this time on: August 24, 2018, 12:06:25 PM
I am still optimistic about bitcoin, and I am very sure that this is the right time to invest, because I am also very confident that by the end of 2018 bitcoin will rise above prices in 2017.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin grows everyday through Shared knowledge on: August 24, 2018, 12:02:44 PM
you are right, I really agree with you.
as someone who first jumps into the crypto world giving information for beginners is very good.
it will also make this foorum very useful.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we identify the tokens scam or not. on: August 24, 2018, 11:59:54 AM
Most of the airdrop is a scam and does not have such a better future in the project or do the company. Just make sure that the airdrop you have published in your channel is a legit one.
you're right, some airdrops are obviously fraud.
I have tokens of several airdrops and it's completely useless.
54  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin affect world trade? on: August 23, 2018, 02:01:14 AM
Is there a role for Bitcoin in international trade? Have you heard of a trade between two countries?
And will it be in the future?
I have read, if in China all traders who use large-scale funds use bitcoin as their payment method.
55  Economy / Economics / Re: Speculation on BTC on: August 23, 2018, 02:00:01 AM
a lot of speculation has sprung up, and I'm interested in what you say.
You say that this year bitcoin will reach the price of 10,000 for the last time, will bitcoin fall? or will the price exceed 10,000?
56  Economy / Economics / Re: Politicians fear cryptocurrency because it will stop corruption. on: August 23, 2018, 01:57:16 AM
The transparent nature of the cryptocurrency industry is one of the Paramount reasons why politicians are kicking hard from all angles against it.Well,I am glad that despite all these agialtations, the industry moves on .One day full potentials will be established. Share your views.
transparency, decentralization.
I think that's the reason why there are still many countries that don't accept bitcoin, they are obviously afraid of that. it's the same as turning off their steps to commit corruption.
57  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: way of mining on mobile on: August 23, 2018, 01:55:42 AM
currently there are many parties that are developing mining applications for smartphones. but no one has really tested and succeeded.
I hope that later there will be applications that really function as mining tools on smartphones.

I look forward to that
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best Altcoins for now on: August 21, 2018, 01:35:25 PM
Am really confused on the what to invest I need some clarification on which is the best now
what are you planning? Do you plan to make a long-term or short-term investment?

if you make a long-term investment, of course you have to buy bitcoin, but if instead I recommend ETH
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is better than Bitcoin? on: August 21, 2018, 01:32:51 PM
I can't say which coin is the best between the two, because I think both have the same trust from all investors.
bitcoin holders also definitely have eth in their wallet. I'm very sure.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain without Bitcoin, is it going to happen? on: August 21, 2018, 01:30:11 PM
The volatility in Bitcoin is an avenue for traders to earn money, this arrangement puts Bitcoin ahead of the Blockchain tech. thereby delaying global Blockchain adoption.  Blockchain without Bitcoin, is it going to happen?
Of course, blockchain is a super sophisticated security system that can be applied in all of the aspect.
but I doubt bitcoin can survive without blockchain.
