1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Biggest Lesson you've learnt from Bitcoins Investment on: May 15, 2020, 03:26:14 PM
Perhaps one of the biggest lessons for me was-don't trust anyone but yourself, and maybe don't trust yourself. You can understand this in different ways. This is quite philosophical.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coronavirus scam email - do not donate bitcoin on: March 19, 2020, 07:47:10 PM
I am not surprised that scammers decided to deceive people in this way.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: August 15, 2018, 04:03:45 PM
                              In an economic sense,
An INVESTMENT is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to create wealth.
                                        In finance
An INVESTMENT is a monetary asset purchased with the idea that the asset will provide income in the future or will later be sold at a higher price for a profit.

I really don't want to turn these into an economics class but the both definition of what investments are clearly should settle the argument of whether BTC is truly an investment or not.

For now it is what it is, scince Bitcoin is far from being a currency that would be accepted at an alternative payment method or even as main one, we need to be satisfied with the things that we are having.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN is useless!? on: August 15, 2018, 04:02:54 PM
Bitcoin hedead to zero?
The former ceo of paypal Bill harris said that, bitcoin's value will continue to dwindle until it gets "eventually a whole lot closer to zero."and saying that there's just no value in bitcoin and "Bitcoin makes no revenue, no profitability."
he also called the cryptocurrency is a
"colossal pump-and-dump scheme, the likes of which the world has never seen."
I think this is non-sense, what about you?

Source: cnbc

It is common things that we are having this pump and dump everytime, and this is exactly not the end, because the cryptocurrency is just that way and we cannot nothing to do with that. Just try to earn on that.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's next good ICO? on: August 14, 2018, 09:07:42 PM
Hi all member, hero and legendary in bitcointalk.
I'm a newbie, and i try to find how is good ICO, learn to read whitepapper, and check the roadmap. I'm not really good to know, so I wanna to ask: How to find good ICO?
I finded this ICO: Merculet

One wise and skillful friend of mine and told me that most likely new good ideas would be developed in the beginning of the winter 2018 and not sooner than that, he's planning to return to this market.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: INTERNET = BITCOIN? on: August 13, 2018, 03:07:19 PM
I do think that bitcoin is depending on internet, but I also think that another 2018 it is almost impossible to turn off the internet or to make something in order to stop it, it is already unstoppable.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can actually Bitcoin be good for the environment? on: August 13, 2018, 03:03:44 PM
I've heard many times they're opinion and I support that only human is responsible to make the actions not bitcoin and not cryptocurrency itself is responsible, as any act of goodness and positiveness is respective to human.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is this? JP Morgan Quorum on: August 10, 2018, 04:33:53 PM

I thought JP Morgan Chase CEO hates Cryptocurrency and bitcoin is  'fraud'. What is this?
This is an example of changed mind, when the person was thinking about cryptocurrency negatively and then they are trying to eat you their own one, but I don't think that people will trust the Man who was speaking negatively and then have changed his mind.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to Avoid Bitcoin Scams on: August 10, 2018, 04:28:34 PM
The point about not being greedy is really important because this is nature for humanity to be easy deceived by desirable offerings like deposits with 20% annually, live bitcoin pyramids when you will be rich tomorrow, etc.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you make money when the market drops? on: August 09, 2018, 07:27:41 AM
It gets really hard to hold right now because of the falling prices, but if the prices will recover and even go beyond it will make me earn from that. So this is my strategy but it depends on the market movement.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the reasons why you must take risk in crypto market? on: August 09, 2018, 07:25:34 AM
This question has been on my mind, I have been pandering on the reason why we should take risk despite the fact that people who take the same risk later loose everything, some time people consider taking risk as the only way to make it in life,  despite this believe people who take risk in the past are still regleting it,  dose it mean that you can not succeed without taking risk or that risk is what we must take in life,  is there any way one can live on earth without taking risk
Actually you should not, this is not mandatory after all, this thing is just obvious in the world, that those who are taking risk they are usually more beneficial than those for performing without it.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your investment strategy? on: August 08, 2018, 09:38:20 AM
Hello all.

The current situation of the market is not so good. I believe that some of you are panic, some are giving up, some holding to die.  Cry

Could you please share with us your current investment strategy so that everybody can learn from your good practices and overcome this tough time?

I'm trying to save some euros to invest in the future when I will have more confidence that the market will go up, because I don't want to put all of my saved money into the market which would fall in few months from now, sad but true.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: July 12, 2018, 01:04:42 PM
From what I have heard recently I can say that ICO process would be transformed into IPO process which is more safe and secure from the scammers that are all around right now. And we would be still able to invest in it.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency wallets: Can they be hacked?? on: July 12, 2018, 12:54:09 PM
Probably everything is able to be hacked, but the main problem is not in the code, or in the security system. The main problem is you'll be human. 99% of every hack that ever been performed, is because human made some mistakes before that.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: I almost lost my rock solid regular job because of crypto on: July 12, 2018, 12:34:42 PM
Many people speculate with out from real job for crypto, but unfortunately with the current market conditions it is difficult to get big profit, never out of work because we can do both simultaneously.

I agree with you because in real time I am working with the crypto market and have some mini job in home. If simultaneously I am doing it I have money for living and what I need.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction cost is too high on: July 11, 2018, 11:02:22 AM
Judging by the news, the commission for bitcoin-transactions has decreased 45 times in three months. Therefore now it has become much more profitable to invest in the cryptocurrency. But unfortunately the cost of bitcoin also falls.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Psychology of waiting on: July 11, 2018, 10:52:34 AM
I think people just look for excuse because they are afraid to invest money in the cryptocurrency. For them it will always be expensive. They do not understand that now is the best time to invest. After all, very soon the price of bitcoin will begin to grow.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Future...? on: July 11, 2018, 10:34:59 AM
Yes it's true. Bitcoin is very unstable. A huge minus bitcoin in its volatility. But even so, bitcoin was and is the best cryptocurrency for a long-term investment. There are a lot of scammers on the market, and bitcoin is stability.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency wallets: Can they be hacked?? on: July 11, 2018, 10:19:30 AM

Doing something in tins internet you must be very careful. As for me I always write my login and password on the sheet of paper and put it in the case.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GOOD NEWS!!! South Korea on BITCOIN on: July 10, 2018, 12:36:45 PM
It seems that South Korea has a great influence on the worlds attitude towards some specific things, an now, I hope this news will give a momentum to other countries to join them in a regulation process of Bitcoin.
