Make sure you visit AGX and trade there, it's an excellent exchange!

Good news, after contacting coinmarketcap, muniti has been updated with the correct block explorer, should appear soon at a higher marketcap...

Thanks verdun2003. Push the word out there, the best form of promotion is personal persuasion.

On a related note - can someone open a Chinese QQ group? We will offer a good bounty for it.

We want to be a bit more honest with everyone here. We promised you that we will be revealing something new and exciting next Monday. However, it won't be exactly like that, and so we have some good news and bad news:

The good news: Something exciting will be revealed later on today instead of on Monday!

The bad news: Something new will be revealed on Monday instead of today.

Sorry to keep you waiting! Spread the word - you won't be disappointed!

Any block explorer with working API?

This is the principal block explorer for Muniti:

We have something interesting ready for next Monday; again, something which hasn't be done by anyone else. Stay tuned!

Regarding pools, in case you missed it, the new explorer includes an extraction watch:

http://chainz.cryptoid.info/mun/#!extraction

use it to spot mining pools with majority shares and spread the hash!

Also if you know any significant contributor and can help put a name on the "Unknown", let me know (pm with pool link is okay)

Thank you for the excellent job fairglu. I will ship out the Muniti Promotional Package tomorrow. In the meantime, do not forget to donate to fairglu for his work:

The only human-mineable coin is Huntercoin... distribution of pre-mined coins does not amount to human mining.

remember to continue voting for muniti on mintpal. I have been doing free voting whenever i login for many days now.

Going to mintpal now is not realistic today with the trading volume/following we have - we're only in the top120 with 2500 votes vs 75000 votes for the first coin.

Best options are:
- Swisscex (11th currently): https://www.swisscex.com/voting
-Poloniex: https://poloniex.com/ sign-up and send them a message through their ticket system, select "feature request" (http://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/home)

I would tend to choose poloniex as it is easier to get in and has more volume, making it the perfect choice. If we manage to send just 10 tickets, they will consider adding it, which is easily achievable.

Dev, would it be possible to add "vote for poloniex" prominently in the OP?

with enough people dedicated to voting its possible

Sure.. based on our little but growing community, the best shot we have is poloniex - I filed a ticket, and I invite you to do so. With the coinmarketcap listing corrected, the add to poloniex and the recruitment of the D2D distributors, this should help promote to the crypto community the new kid on the block that is Muniti.

I perfectly agree. Not for the sake of repetition, but it's always the best approach to take things step by step. We need to focus on Poloniex for now, otherwise casual visitors might simply vote on Mintpal and ignore Poloniex, which is the more pressing issue.

Poloniex: Send a ticket (feature request) on: http://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
Explain, in 2-3 sentences, why you believe Muniti should be added when submitting the support ticket.

btcltcdigger has not responded regarding the coin explorer, and seeing that it is still not fully functional, we are looking for someone else who can provide a Block Explorer for Muniti. Please PM me here or contact us on muniticoin@gmail.com if you are interested. We wish to have a functional block explorer up and running ASAP for the sake of transparency, which we've always held as one of the foundation stones for Muniti.

The volume on Swisscex is too low, we will not be wasting too much effort on an exchange which has decided to follow the so-called "donation" voting system. I have mentioned Poloniex several times and they informed me that they receive a good amount of tickets. We need to keep up the submission of tickets.

Ok, so I managed to sync the wallet by simply deleting all files and launching the wallet again with the previous wallet.dat file.

Just read the article and great to see that the persons involved have a very strong background and key positions in Malta (assuming I found the right persons on linkedin) - I've been mining for a week and will continue, all the development we are seeing is unheard of, there's been no coin with so much work done offline. Great job team!

Thank you verdun2003, we're glad to hear that you have solved the issues with your wallet.
