Is there some other way to contact wetsuit or myfe, other than pm or mail through the faq?

I've had the issue with halved gain grom the regular hourly win for almost a week now. Was hoping it would be fixed by itself. But when it wasn't and when I had no luck reaching anyone through the faq contact form, I googled and found this thread.

So since someone mentioned they got help by sending pm here, I figured I had to register and try that myself.

But appearently I am now classified as a newbie and can't contact them.

So does anyone know of any other way to reach them or how I can get rid of the newbie status here on the forum?
