FAQ #1. Do you control the wallet or private keys?
Answer: Coins are held in your own wallet on your own computer
We control the server’s genkey which does not access your private keys
I will elaborate why this is an important factor. There are reports coming in from coin dev communities that people are scamming others by accessing SSH to the server and being able to withdraw funds from their victim's local wallet some how. (for example by Zcoin Devs: https://zcoin.io/avoiding-getting-scammed-setting-znodes/) This is a reminder for others to always be careful with allowing anyone access to your server's genkey or local wallet private keys |

This service is a simple option. If you do not get the quick enough support from anywhere regarding your masternode, we are the alternative option for immediate and informative support.
It is a simple as you walking into a computer store or best buy, and asking them for help on fixing your PC. Except, we do not touch your PC wallet, server, or coins.
We guide you through the setup and troubleshooting process. It is educational and direct help. We accept a service fee, and that is it. Simple as that.
