So to start, we have to believe that trading is a real science, and emotions do not not exist in science. In all history, there was no scientist who made a theory or proved a reality through his emotions. So we have to be ok about the idea that trading is based only on studies, strategies and reality. Sometimes we find ourselves infront of a complicated situation that even logic does not offer us the solution so we find ourselves obliged to believe in our selfs and in our choices wich are based on emotions.
I strongly agree, our emotions ruined our decision making. We must start on making studies on what we are aiming.. One mistake can ruined everything, our hardships with came up for nothing. So set aside our emotion, hard times are always there. Have focus on our goals, aim high and never lose hope.
Exactly, must learn to control our emotions. We cant make decisions out of our emotions. Be proffesional in dealing our tradings, transaction and etc. Thats right to have an study and strategies before dealing it. Success is not in our emotion goes, it's in how we deal with it.
