Баунти - эта реклама ICO в нектором смысле. "Эра" просто так не может закончится, пока каждый день открываются ICO с бюджетами(пусть и в 90% шлак) их надо где то рекламировать и привлекать инветсров.

Несмотря на то, что у NEO очень хоршие преспективы, а также положительные отзывы от изветсных трейдеров, я бы немного еще подождал. Если речь о больших инвестициях, то на данный момент есть более мощные в плане преспектив монеты.
