541  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT]: MICHAEL MORIARTY/moriartybitcoin/BitLaunder.com Stole $80K From Me on: July 28, 2014, 06:58:53 AM

I just invested $400,000 into Bitcoin

proof: 1DDWEQM11uMUKiqpGEWvBT2at3CjCw3Vra

This must be some sort of joke....

Moriarty did not invest $400,000 in bitcoin.  That is the payout address of bitlaunder.  Meaning every dollar sent there was for the purposes of laundering meaning he is to clean them and sent them back.  When you steal money from people, and then sent it to your own accounts, that is not called "investing" it is called "Grand Larceny" or "Felony Theft"

Michael never sent those coins back to his customer. That is FACT. He should be outed by the crypto community.  The exact kind of scum bag that does not belong here.

542  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain Btcplay.com on: July 28, 2014, 06:18:55 AM
i deal with @moriartybitcoin and he didn't scam me neither.

MOD's should investigate this and solve the problem asap. i saw lot of posts from @campycoin related to scam reports. I don't know it's true or false but those are annoying me to see in all thread's involved in moriartybitcoin .

Please check & clear these messages.

Oh, and I am very sorry for annoying you by helping protect people from using his sites and getting taken by his scam network.

In the future, I will ask everyone first if it annoys them that I am trying to help the community.  Here are your exact words in the PM you sent me...

Quote
"Hello,

I'm not aware of this big scammer. i'm new to this forum. i just visited your website and come to know about him.

I will not do any business with him in future. sorry my last transaction was completed successfully from both end.

i will stand for Good side not evil side.

Thanks for informed me"

Then you say my posts about Moriarty annoy you?  Thanks again for standing for the good side

Please don't ask to have my posts removed.  That is great that you chose to deal with Moriarty and that he paid for a domain.  Fantastic.

I am saying that Moriarty is

a) not a doctor
b) not a Michael or a Moriarty
c) not a graduate of Stanford
d) not a PhD
e) guilty of stealing $80,000 from a customer
f) guilty of operating many websites under a fake name, fake address, fake phone number and not operating as a true business should
g) he has admitted to stealing $80k
h) he continues to operate and attempts to trash my name in order to get public eye off him.

I never said that every single transaction he gets involved in he steals your money. I simply state that when you deal with Moriarty he MAY steal your money and yet you guys all want to clear his name.  Way to protect the community.  Ramkumar- You even thanked me in a PM and said you are always on the side of truth and operate with only those who do not lie and scam.....

Then you come here and ask them to clear my posts?

Thanks for always being on the side of good.
544  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain BestBitcoinFaucet.net on: July 19, 2014, 01:10:55 AM
Bah, I didn't steal anyone's money.

Anyways, please post your Bitcoin address and I'll send you $25 for the domain.

EMAIL ME because I buy a lot of sites/domains and can't monitor all these threads. moriarty.bitcoin@gmail.com

Can you respond to the proof provided throughout this forum and http://antilyze.com?

building the site jerancampanell.com and claiming a 20 btc extortion attempt is not a response to the accusation that you have stolen and admitted to stealing $80,000
545  Economy / Auctions / Re: Bid for product pacement in video series about Bitcoin [90k+ views so far ] on: July 17, 2014, 11:36:15 AM
If that's the case I would like to replace his bid for 0.8

moriartybitcoin never got back to me so you are the winner now. I'm sending you details on your email now.

campycoin, that's definitely worrying, are there some concrete proofs for that?
I don't want to play judge here, but I believe if those accusations are proven that user should be banned from the forum?

Absolute proof.   see http://antilyze.com for starters

Seems easy ONLY---

Post the real PM's  Post the death threats....

If not...  you probably are gonna lose some business over 0.2 btc which is why when customers pay for products, the business always tries to treat the customer right and do right by him.  I agree guy was an asshole, but after all that, any of us would have been...  He said no re-ship, refund.. and you argued, then again, then when he finally says ship em he gets more attitude.  You can't just not give him product or payment.  That's not a business.

PM sent, hope it's much more clear for you now.

I take it back.  If that message did come from the customer, he should get nothing.  It's not only a death threat but racist.  I would still buy again ONLY.
547  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain BestBitcoinFaucet.net on: July 15, 2014, 07:27:52 PM
Unbelievable.

Guys steal $80,000

His response is to say that I attempted an extortion.  Which is TRUE. I was trying to catch him saying he had the coins... which is clearly the case.

He shoots down my offer for 20 btc to walk away, and instead offers me 3btc per month for a year.  (I turn it down like I would have the 20) and then tell hime the coins he kept are not stolen...  Then he agrees to give them back and never does.  Now he's floating around here buying domain after domain... including a domain in my name jerancampanella.com to say I'm an extortioner.  I was trying to help someone you stole almost a hundred grand from you low life piece of shit.  You are scum Moriarty and your PhD is bullshit and Stanford has never heard of you... PhD in Physics... my ASS!  You are low life bottom feeder.  Too dumb to make your own money.  Your sites look like shit and you deserve to get hit by a bus.  SCUM-BAG  Why don't you just give us the transaction id? Should be easy... it's 125 btc....  Oh wait... in the email below you're still saying you have it.  You hold onto coins at bitlaunder.com when you think they are used for drugs... even when proved legit, you still keep em.  UN-BE-LIE-VABLE

You steal  $80k   that's ok

I try and get you to admit it by saying I'll take 20btc hush money and I'm the bad guy?

Well, we will see what happens....  that domain in my name was a bad idea... I do business under my name... as in trademarked... as in bye-bye domain and all the rest under your fake name..... bad boys bad boys... what ya gonna do...

549  Economy / Digital goods / Re: want to SELL your Bitcoin website or service? on: July 15, 2014, 03:43:53 PM
Which one is true?

THEY BOTH ARE TRUE

Jesus Christ!  In my attempts to get Michael to admit he had the 125 btc I emailed him from a different email to ask for 20 btc to "go away"....  HE WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW IT WAS ME!!!!  I signed it JC!  I sent it from the same ip.

HERE'S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

He runs bitlaunder.com

user and forum member "rickyjames" deposited 127btc for launder.  After 24 hours, no sign of his coin, after days of emails and support inquiry he was never once contacted.  He contacted me as I had wrote a Moriarty Bitcoin Network Interview for CCN.  I said, must be a mistake and contacted Michael.  He denied everything, giving the excuse of customer deposited 127btc and withdrew.  I said, please give me trx #.  Michael wrote back some other crap accusing RICKYJAMES of trying to extort him.  I said thank god this is bitcoin, please give me the trx # of the payout or withdrawal.  Michael said, "I'm not gonna get bent outta shape over some shakedown attempt."  I SAID MICHAEL-- THIS IS SIMPLE, GIVE ME THE PAYOUT TRX #.  He never did.  I tried a few tactics (one being to email him from another email as ask for a payout to go away) I signed the email with MY initials... He was supposed to know it was me, I was just trying to get him to admit he had the coins.  The next emails show that he said that he bets the coins were stolen... (was all I needed to hear to know he had them) so I told him he was wrong, that the coins were legit....  Now watch as Michael...

1. admits he has them
2. asks follow up questions as to the truthfulness of my assertion that the coins were clean
3. asks for RICKYJAMES info
4. confirms he will be returning the coins as he looked into it and Ricky and Coins were legit.

NO WHY HE HAS THE RIGHT TO HOLD THE COINS AND PLAY COP, I DON'T KNOW OR CARE - WAS HAPPY I GOT THE COINS BACK FOR RICKY....

But nope... Michael sent a 0.01 test transaction and then has never spoken to me or Ricky James again.  That is called theft and $80k is a lot and Michael is a piece of shit for doing this and putting me through this crap.

Then he made a site.... my name  jerancampanella.com   where he is calling me an extortioner... (for asking for 20btc of his stolen stash) Ricky James and I were in constant communication.... if he would have given it to me, I would have had him and gave the 20 to Ricky and we would go after the rest..  I mean WHO FUCKING CARES.... when I have 0 btc and he has 125btc that do not belong to him.

Do whatever you guys want... support this little bitch.

Thanks... I forgot that I didn't check the little box for negative review....

ANd for everyone else...   That's fine.  Do business with who you want.  I never said that he screws everyone, all the time.  That's not a very effective way to scam.

Nice job... he's buying that with stolen btc.

Well, hopefully you all see the warnings because I tried to go around to his posts, his bids for domains and his plugging his scam network and the mods are deleting them all.  Fucking trash
553  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dr. Michael Moriarty and the Bitcoin Network Legit? Time will tell. on: July 13, 2014, 03:52:35 PM
Yeah, shit like this does Really piss me off. More people need to be concerned with this, more people need to share it; get the word out. I give you (campycoin) props for really trying to help out rickyjames and get that Fuckhead to give him back his money, even though your only prior involvement with it was writing an article about the Fuckhead. I can tell you are really trying to help and do the right thing.

As mentioned, getting a black hat to fully doxx his ass would be a sweet start. Especially- home address information, then if I was rickyjames I would stop by and pay him a visit. However, as campycoin already mentioned- the whole PhD and relation to Stanford is most likely 100% bullshit. I'm almost sure that MM didn't have plans since the beginning of robbing somebody like that, so I'm almost positive he has left himself exposed somewhere along the way- with a few of his sites maybe.

Good luck to all, I will be following and will try to help if I can,
snarlpill

I really, really appreciate it. Seriously... it means a bunch.  I've made no money this week because I've been dealing with this low life... And I won't stop.  If I can't get RickyJames money back, well today I hit every single meetup connection and linkedin connection that moriarty has.  Someone knows who this little scammy bitch is.  Appreciate the help and kind words.  I think he left himself open a few places... I just need those underground guys to help or a PI that maybe would work on some sort of contingency...  who knows.
554  Economy / Digital goods / Re: want to SELL your Bitcoin website or service? on: July 13, 2014, 03:07:27 PM

Thanks for sharing it with us!
Now we know that he's only a shit SCAMMER!

Wish it were under different circumstances.

HATE THAT GUY
555  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dr. Michael Moriarty and the Bitcoin Network Legit? Time will tell. on: July 13, 2014, 01:35:57 PM
Bitcoin mixers always seem a bit dodgy to be honest since your entrusting coins to a third party. I'm surprised he hasn't come and answered these questions himself though, perhaps if you're keen to pursue offer someone a bounty for his dox which you can then actually verify with Stanford... I mean moriarty is from Sherlock Holmes, rather than his real name (pretty certain its his pseudonym).

I don't have any money....  and he didn't steal it from me.  I just can't believe that he stole 80k and is still running his sites.

Need the community to help I guess.
556  Economy / Digital goods / Re: want to SELL your Bitcoin website or service? on: July 13, 2014, 01:34:34 PM
Serious lengths have been made here to discredit the OP... OP could easily provide university transcripts though if he does have. Ball is in his court I guess...

More so, go to http://antilyze.com

He doesn't have much to say considering he stole 80k

I have kept a small diary on the whole process of
buying a Bitplastic Bitcoin Debit Card as I did with the "Raxcard Ripoff"
from purchase of the card to withdrawing money out of the card

I just went to the store and tried the "Visa" out today

well my money never showed on my account and still waiting a refund

User 'aggster' is a scammer.

He claims on here that he sent 0.30 btc, but here is the email he sent to me:

'The amount of the payment was 3.005 sent 01\12\13 10.35am including the processing fee, ive never used blockchain but you should see the the transaction clearly by searching my address 13zsT51ca9hGtttVGMyDJNBzQ1ZW4wLX6Z or the address you provided me 1FrhtQitL3JghSccSEkwFtfBkKu1bthMff,
thanks mick'

So which is it, Mick, .30 or 3.005btc?  I know for a fact it's not 3.005btc, so you were trying to scam me.  Good luck with that.

If anyone wants me to forward them the email this scammer sent me, I will be happy to do so!

Great way to for everyone to come together to help.  I like to see the community doing this.

Please take a look at bitlaunder.com.  Similar type issue as far as scamming goes.  Same ole story.  Offers a service then you never see your coins again and wont answer emails, support tickets, etc.

Checkout out my post about it and the updates here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=453671.0.  Any help is appreciated.
