It looks like a lot of manufactures have their own 1050Ti. I found the EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 0 Ti FTW GAMING Graphics Card - 4 GB GDDR5 - 128-bit - 1379 MHz for $189. Some of the other ones I found were over $300. Will this EVGA work as well as some of the other 1050Ti's?

Thanks DustSam15 for the information. Wow, that was a very thorough review of the 1050ti. The site blockoperations.com suggested starting with Ethereum, but that was written over a year ago. Would you suggest that or starting with Monero or Zcash instead?

I've done some research and checking cryptocompare, but the numbers don't seem to make it worth mining. Is there a low cost GPU (less than $400), that can make enough to pay for itself in a year?
Any resources for which altcoins to mine, software,pools and setup would be greatly appreciated.
