They did another round after the Chinese New Year that is shipping around February 28. The BTC price was lower at that time. So thanks. Any chances on a price adjustment? $1200 is kinda of steep with increasing difficulty and decreased BTC price. I wish I had bought one of Bitman's last round of miners since it would have been about $950 = 1.45 BTC x $650.

Validation Error Pools is closing the pool that we had setup for this. We had great hopes with this coin and it's new ideas that it could have brought to the table. Instead, dev used only his/her pool to open with, no source code for other pools to open on. These kind of fails make the entire crypto-community look like a joke. I really don't like all of us looking like that. When the dev says small tight-knit community, now we all know why..

To all Validation Error Pool users past and present: We at Validation Error Pool would like to update everyone on what has happened in the last few days. - We made a decision to switch over to Cloudflare to help with site-availability and speed of the sites. During the time that we changed the domain name servers, some users were still connecting to our stratum server using noble.validerrorpool.com instead of the updated one stratum.validerrorpool.com. The updated one is just for the miner software and it by-passes the Cloudflare network and will work fine.
- Overnight one of our pools were hit with a DDoS attack that made our NOC null-route the ip to save the rest of the network infrastructure. The bad part is, the other pool used our old domain which was not protected by Cloudflare. This issue has been fixed.
After all these things have happened, we have made the choice to close noble.validerrorpool.com and only use http://noble-west.validerrorpool.com as our pool now. You can still pull your coins out of noble.validerrorpool.com without any issues. We will be turning off the stratum on that server tomorrow. And to help get people to move from our old server to the new server, we will be implementing 0% fee for the next 48 hours! Register, jump in and lets hash some blocks out! Greetings All the Valid-Error Users: We have made a decision to move servers. We were hit by a DDoS attack last night, which we had to disable the web front-end, however hashing was still going and blocks were being done. So we have made the choice to move to a more secure server, please start using http://cage.validerrorpool.com. It uses the same setup as the current http://cage2.valid-error.com. You will need to recreate your accounts and re-enter your payout address, auto-payment information, etc. This will be a brand new setup as it would take a lot of time to move the current wallet and database. They both have become very large. The new server does have a different stratum address and different port number. You will need to update both on your miners. We will leave the old site up and running for 3 to 5 days more until we see 90% of the miners moved over to the new server. Once most have moved, we will force out any account that has coins and a payout address. Any other accounts, we will email each account owner and ask them to provide a payout address and send the coins. Any coins that are left on the old server for more than 10 days beyond the shutdown will become null and void to the account holders. Thank you, HearNoMore Validation Error Pool Operator |
