401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a quick rich and get poorer investment. on: November 30, 2023, 09:26:30 PM
The problem is that most people are introduced to Bitcoin with the wrong information. When they see Bitcoin volatile, they think of quick-rich schemes. So they jump into it without further research. So due to a lack of knowledge, we are missing some important things related to Bitcoin. We have to invest so that we can afford to lose. Otherwise, we can't hold it for a long time in the event of a dump in the Bitcoin price. Also, it's an important part of bitcoin investment to know how it works. So if we know everything related to Bitcoin, we may not consider it a quick-rich method.
402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guys, what's the best Bitcoin wallet for PC these days? on: November 28, 2023, 09:37:02 PM
Electrum would be best, but security depends on you and how you want to secure it. Electrum is easy to use since you don't have to download the whole Bitcoin blockchain, but it's non-custodial. Just make sure you are downloading the original version from the official sources. Even when updates are necessary, just use the official source instead of notifications inside apps. A better option is to buy a hardware wallet, which is more secure if you can afford it. Don't forget about a strong backup offline.
403  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: is electrum safe? on: November 28, 2023, 07:27:57 PM
For a software wallet, Electrum is safe if you can secure your wallet seed phrase. We can't say any online wallet is 100% safe because it is directly connected to the Internet. We have a history hack for Electrum through a pop-up update. So always make sure to update your software on the official Electrum website and verify signature. It will be better if you can buy a hardware wallet that won't cost you much but will give you the best security. You need to make sure any wallet you have been using seed phrase is secured in multiple safe places.
404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Do I find a Balance Here? on: November 27, 2023, 09:26:28 PM
For me, I don't see much complicity here. Because you are accepting Bitcoin for your business, which is a great option. So you have to run your business continuously, and for that, you have to circulate money. If you hold 100% of the Bitcoin payment, then you might need to add capital from your pocket, which is equivalent to buying Bitcoin. So just holding a part of your profit would be the best option for a long time. This way, your business will run smoothly, and you can also profit from the bitcoin while managing your needs.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So we got new CEO of Binance on: November 24, 2023, 08:52:49 PM
It's sad we lost CZ as Binance CEO. But I don't think it's regrettable since he is the founder and owner of Binance. He will always take care of his company, and he won't leave us alone. On the other hand, the new CEO is also highly experienced, and he could handle everything since CZ will back him. So we don't need to worry much about the new change at Binance. Let CZ work freely now for us.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether publishes transaparency report daily, why is it suspicious stablecoin? on: November 24, 2023, 08:19:52 PM
When you see their Wikipedia page, you may know why they're controversial stable coins. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tether_(cryptocurrency)

I admit they are the most popular stable coin right now, even though there are a lot of controversial, but they are totally centralized. They also lack transparency, despite their claims of transparency. The most dangerous thing and concern is that they might freeze any address with the funds if they want. So that's why they are marked as controversial and suspicious stable coins.
407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Something you don't have to forget on: November 24, 2023, 07:59:16 PM
At the beginning, when Bitcoin was too cheap and wasn't popular, investors weren't very serious with their wallets. Hence, they forgot about their wallet, and when they noticed the current position of Bitcoin, they woke up. But unfortunately, a few of them totally forgot about their wallet credentials. I have seen many cases where people can't remember the apps or wallet names where they stored their bitcoin. But time has changed now, and we are very careful with our wallet credentials. Because the Bitcoin price is too high now and is still growing. So we must take care of our wallets to avoid big losses that we can't afford right now.
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Holders Hesitant to Sell Despite Price Surge on: November 24, 2023, 06:51:05 PM
Hold tight, one of the main reasons why bitcoin raising continues. Assume most of the holders are holding Bitcoin for upcoming ETF news. They want to take advantage of the upcoming volatility for ETF approval. On the other hand, Bitcoin halving is quite near, and a massive pump is expected in this situation. Holders don't want to miss the train when Bitcoin starts bullish. Though I am expecting to buy in the $30K zone, I am not sure if it will reach those points.
409  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone been using Pyypl? It seems a potential virtual card can use crypto on: November 24, 2023, 06:37:22 PM
Well yeah most of the big sites always had the Customer service problem hehehe, so the Virtual Card doing fine I'm gonna check it out later then. Do u have a referral code I might use your referral as well haha. I always wanted a physical card but it hard to find Sad
If the service is good, then it doesn't matter if the customer service is good or bad. But it seems they are having constant trouble with their card service. Once again, their card service has been on hold, and we can't make transactions anywhere. So it's very annoying for us who have been using this card regularly. They should find a permanent solution or close their company. We are suffering by depending on their services. We have some active subscriptions that need payment on time. Day by day, they are becoming worse. I am really regretted about their card service.
410  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: unnecessarily quoting by members of the forum. on: November 23, 2023, 09:35:43 PM
This has been discussed on the forum many times. But I regret to see that users are not learning. Especially those who joined for earning from the forum, they really don't care about this kind of stuff. Pyramid quotes look spammy throughout the whole thread. Spammers don't know how to quote a line where they need a specific answer or discussion. Pyramid quote discourages reading the reply.
411  Other / Meta / Re: Losing entire post if you hit back arrow accidently on: November 23, 2023, 09:16:50 PM
Important feature to prevent mistakenly losing content that we need time to write. Sometimes I make these types of mistakes: I write a few lines and accidentally press backward. Because I often use this forum on my smart phone, my finger is sometimes displaced. However, the forum seems to update very rarely, and there are many things that need to be implemented to update the forum. I'm not sure if theymos want to focus on that.

The trick is to navigate forward again after you accidentally clicked "back". At least that's what works on my browser (most of the time). But since it doesn't work all the time, I avoid it as much as possible. Or open a post-link in a new window, that way there is no page to go "back" to.
I use this when happen same. But I regret when sometimes it doesn't work lol.
412  Economy / Services / Re: shasan's Escrow Service! on: November 23, 2023, 08:33:27 PM
Hey, nice to see you create an escrow thread. I have a little concern, but not about your trust since you proved yourself trustworthy. The concern is that you may fall into a trap somehow and lose your reputation, or you may have to pay compensation. You know scammers are much smarter than us, and they are able to make us fools sometimes. Since you have a lending business here and it is running very well, I will advise you to focus there. And be very careful about your escrow service.
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Seed Phrase. on: November 23, 2023, 08:20:12 PM
Whenever I participate in the discussion about securing wallet seed phrases, I have mentioned everywhere that we need to secure our seed phrases in multiple safe places. We may lose or destroy one somehow. For me, I don't often check since I wrote my seed phrase in a hard notebook. I just make sure the notebook is safe. But when something important needs to move a large amount, then I again make sure either my seed phrase is fine or not. On the other hand, I have been using a hardware wallet, so I do not always need to check the seed phrase. But I check it accordingly when I need it.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is\will Bitcoin become unaffordable to use? on: November 23, 2023, 08:11:59 PM
I don't see the reason why Bitcoin should be unaffordable. Because the sender set the fees by mistake, it doesn't mean Bitcoin transactions are expensive, and for that reason, Bitcoin will be unaffordable. For individual mistakes, we can't blame Bitcoin anyway. We should learn about Bitcoin technical issues and know how to use a custodial wallet. Since the transaction fees were unrealistic, the sender used a non-custodial wallet to make the transaction, where the sender is fully responsible for his funds. We are hopeless when a person doesn't have basic knowledge using a non-custodial wallet.
415  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Who's next in line? on: November 22, 2023, 09:17:52 PM
They will target any exchange that wants to lead the crypto industry. It's the US, and it's not very easy to convince them. The SEC is playing a major role in controlling the crypto market. CZ was one of the top crypto leaders, and the US forced him to leave his company. How funny a thing! Anyway, day by day, centralised exchanges are becoming more risky to use. Because Binance was the most trusted and the US succeeded in forcing the CEO to pay a penalty and leave. I don't know what will be in the future.
416  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone been using Pyypl? It seems a potential virtual card can use crypto on: November 22, 2023, 08:26:26 PM
Just heard it today and I want to download it but the rating in Google Play is 3.4 is the service is good. and anyway is there a thread that discussed about Crypto debit card and Virtual card I want to know more since both Binance and Bybit not allowed user from indonesia
Yep, they have low ratings due to their worst customer service. There is no way to talk to them easily. You may have to wait a couple of days to get a reply. And you know how people react when they don't get a proper solution.

Their card is active now and working fine. I have used it today on multiple sites, and everything looks smooth. The fact that I am unhappy only about their customer service. It seems only a virtual card is available right now; I am not sure when they will start a physical card as well.

If you don't know the campaign culture, then how do you expect the manager to accept you on the campaign?

For info your last post was made on August 08, 2018, 03:28:36 PM. You suddenly wakeup and applied here. Looks suspicious to me.

419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really too Expensive? Then Buy Satoshis on: November 20, 2023, 09:11:04 PM
We can buy Bitcoin units called Sat right now, which are very cheap. I agree with OP; once in a while, we can't imagine buying a whole bitcoin. I know the OP wants to mean just buy Bitcoin and hold whenever you can. In the future, it will give you the biggest return. We have to talk about the Sat price from time to time because the Bitcoin price would be out of reach. So keep accumulating.
