It all depends on you. Have you checked out the history of the coin you are holding.if its worth holding. Go ahead and hold and if not, kindly sell off or sell half  to buy lower if you wish or take your fiat out to avoid total loss.

You are very correct about the fact that so many projects are dead and abandoned, in all fairness to them the bear market has not been favorable to so many projects, some are not prepared for the future they see too hence what we have on ground. Well, for me to invest on any project at this bear season, lots of research must be done before hand. I also do have some ICO like Ccrb I bought, the current price is jot encouraging, I left it in the wallet, holding for the bull season.

For me, I usually buy at anh fall in price of any coin of choice, hold for a little profit and sell off using the Buy Lower and sell higher technique. In this way, you will be able to do multiple swing trades per time and still earn big at the end of the day. Don't keep any coin more than 24hrs is another strategy for me.

I sincerely do not agree with this. How are bounty hunters at fault? The bounty hunters are in my own opinion even helping giving the projects and ICOs more publicity so that more investors can be aware of a particular project. If a project or ICO has got a good use case, it will speak for itself and no investor will ever blame him or herself for investing in such ICO.
