Having trouble getting my rx 570 8gb Pulse with Samsung memory stable. Using Windows 10
Use 1 click BIOS editor, flash, then Phoenixminer to change clocks/volts
I have tried 1130-1150/850 and 2050-2100/860 and none of the times stay stable with a Blue screen hanging in the driver. All seem to run 5-60 minutes.
Any suggestions? Never had a 570 outside of these paramaters unstable unless going higher but 1130/2050 are my beginning settings.
Thanks
start with 950-960mv then slowly decrease to see which card crashing Funny it wasnt this card thats why nothing worked, when I installed this card, it was another card I had to cut back on the memory that had been mining fine. Strange

Ive bought a new card (have not in a long time) and was wondering where people get there bios mods now? The site I used before is no longer active.
Thanks
People can mod their cards by Red BIOS Editor. I looked it up but I am not sure the average person such as myself would have any clue what to do and therefore could damage a card easily. There used to be sites where people had your card/memory type bios posted and you could download a bios(all rated) and flash that one. I take it these do not exist any longer? Thanks

I have an Armor rx570 8gb(Samsung).
I have tried several setups and cannot get above 28mh. The BIOS is not modded. My script is:
PhoenixMiner.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal xxx.xxx -acm -gpus 1 -rxboost 1 -tstop 70 -r 1 -tt 60 -cclock 1150 -cvddc 850 -mclock 2100 -mvddc 850
Does anyone have any suggestions to get more? I see people bragging about getting 32-34mh but if I try to boost more I start getting blue screens....
Thanks
Try -mt 1 for faster Memory Timings. I think that will help ! Thanks, I have got it to 30mh/s. I just one click modded the bios(mt 1 seemed unstable) however with samsung memory most people are saying I can go up to 2250 however I cannot get it above 2050 with these settings

Hello! A few, maybe two weeks ago (I haven't been able to keep up with the time to fix this) my miner dropped its hashrate considerably from around 100Mh/s to 2.3Mh/s... At first I thought that could have been caused by a necessary driver update but I just did it and the problem remains the same. Then I uploaded the miner from 0.7.17 to 0.7.22 and tried with .21 aswell...
Does anybody could know what could be the problem I'm having? Thanks in advance.
My rig: 6 AMD RX570 4GB (one of them fails after some minutes mining, so I just use 5) Radeon Software Adrenalin (Latest december 8th update) Win 10 Pro x64 I use ethermine pool
set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100 set GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT=100 set GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE=100 set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1 teamredminer.exe -a ethash -o stratum+tcp://us1.ethermine.org:4444 -u walletaddress.wname -p x --restart_gpus --uac --eth_alloc_epoch=374 --eth_4g_max_alloc=374 -d 1,2,3,4,5
I tried adding --enable_compute aswell...
One option could be to try another miner like PM to see what its hasrate is but I though Windows was dead....on linux its only 20mh/s so windows makes sense to be 2-5 per card?

Ubuntu 20.4 Server AMDpro 20.30 Rx570 4gb
I am having issues with one of my miners.(other miner is same cards) Some of the cards I cannot use as I receive constant errors and when mining I get a few of the same errors here and there. I tried swapping risers and am suspecting maybe a motherboard issue. The error is:
pcieport 0000:00:1b.2: AER: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Data Link Layer, (TransmitterID) pcieport 0000:00:1b.2: AER: device [8086:a29a] error status/mask=00001000/00002000 pcieport 0000:00:1b.2: AER: [12] Timeout
On the cards that will not work its a screen full of this then eventually a screen full of:
[drm:amdgpu_cs_ioctl [amdgpu]] *ERROR* Failed to initialize parser -125
Any ideas?
Thanks
A motherboard problem seems likely or possibly a bad card shorting out the PCIe bus. Test one card at a time in each slot. Anything that changes the problem is suspect. It could be just one slot in which case you could skip that slot if you don't want to buy a new motherboard yet. also check all the connectors for the PSU for the pci-e connectors. you might have one going bad...i.e. connectors melting, breaking from continuous use... i.e. wear and tear. Good advise(I had changed the riser on the wrong card I believe) Just got linux up and running. I have the problem diagnosed down to 2 cards now as I realized that linux does not see the cards the same as windows.... How do I relate PM's gpu number IE(1,2,3,4 etc) to the physical card? I tried stopping the card etc but the fans seem to always run under linux...Any ideas? Thanks
