Having same name account on different sites indeed isn't a problem. But as stunna said, you have dozen alt accounts, that's why you aren't allowed to withdraw your money as you have broke rules. Just admit it, there is no need to deny about the fact you were cheating on Stake & primedice.

So you didn't say what stunna said was wrong, it's mean you have admitted you have broke their rules by abusing many giveaway or promo with your alt accounts. Shame on you dude.
I'm not say that I admitted broke the rulers since have same account at two plafond is not multi account and abusing giveaway or promo that is't my gambling styel and definitely never do that.
What an irony on here, you are the one who scammed Stake by enrolled your alt accounts to cheat their promo, but now you are saying they are the one who scammed you.
Did you see my screenshot proof up there (at the first post some people keep asking me about that). So I guess you believe that have same account at two platfond is same thing with multi account. |

User was multi-accounting. Is multi-accounting a big enough issue to freeze an account generally? No. But when multi-accounting is being used to abuse a giveaway/promo/limits we will take action. This wasn't even two or three accounts but dozens of accounts being used to abuse promos.
If stake.com want to freeze account/ban the site should "Not allowed user to login" instead of "Not allowed withdrawal". Because when user/player did not know if they account was ban and make some deposit they just getting scam by stake.com. |

The story began when I have some fund in primedice and I want to play dice on stake.com (because on last time I play my account is fine) instead of using withdraw menu I use dinabot service (the sistem work by tipping as far as I know) for cheap fee. After play little bit, I decide to withdraw my fund but I see some weird notification "You not allowed to do that" so I came to customer service and I tell everything about this situation. After that customer service telling me that "I'm try to claiming promotions across multiple accounts" and I think what the heck, is that kind of multiple accounts using same username and same data on two different platfond is multiple account ? After try to explain everything on email and customers service I end up in same result, my account was ban and they resist to give my money back. I can walk away from situation my account get ban and never look back but not my money especially when they resist to give my money back, I think a Red Flags for this situation if I can't get it back. Is there's any admin of stake can help me right now, because I don't know what happen to my coin. I see some notification say "I not allow to do withdraw" and I came to customer service they say I'm using multy account (I think this is some mistake because I using dinabot to move my coin from primedice to stake by tip from dinabot).
Please let me withdraw my coin

Ok I know what you point and thank for explaine it for me but like I say early, I'm not looking at bet 6 june 2020 I was looking at 3-4-5 july 2020. As I understanding the only way to check it was reset my seed (seed session during that time) <- I'll not do that because it just to start over my game. After several time begging to help me find my bet history during that time on customer support, now I was thinking that just waste time. I hope soon support stake.com on bitcointalk see this and help me find out abou this problem.Regards istimewa99 |

Have you lost money?
I'm not remember what is going on back the time because that was a month ago so to keep the balance of my game I need to see bet archive (I'm so shock when is nothing on there), but customer support telling me that I'm lose on bet with no another way to me to check what is going on my previous bet.
No, did you see my Screenshot on top ? I make a Deposit during 3-4-5 July 2020 also I never play on sports game. 1. Download The History Bet Archive and Save The JSON File.
Please see my Screenshot on top, I can't find anything at that time. The op did contact the customer support about the issue and i'm sure the team are working to solve the issue.
I got reply from customer support after few minute I making this post she/he say "we can't provide the data of the bets made during that time". |

2 days ago I make some deposit on stake.com and I want continue my previous bet, but I see some weird thing on my old bet "My old bet was disappear" it means I can't find my history old bet event on bet archive is nothing about it, and after looking more often on "transactions tab > Deposits > Withdrawals >Bets > Other > even Vault" the only trace about my balance when I was bet is on Deposit. After thinking like 5 minute to figure out what is going on, I come to customer service and after few minute I explain about this situation, Cs stake.com tell me that I need to wait because she/he need contact Developers and soon when she/he get reply from Developers will be back to me soon as possible, but after a day I got no reply so I try new Cs also same answer on day two I try again and she/he tell me that I can't see my previous bet  That fact make me shock, and I wondering "how I can see Fairness if I can't access my previous bet" and also I do not want start over my bet because I already put time and money on it. I really appreciate if any someone can be answer this problem, I just know calculate this problem with Factor Tree but to calculate with Factor Tree need more time, so I need know if any another way to calculate this:

Many ppl don't attention function "Trust" in account when they see post but not me, I still don't know why its can be like that? & In two pic u can see what is going on there and just my opinion I think "Trust" in post just work in only lasted 1 year |
