В двух словах трудно рассказать. Во-первых время его проведения совпало с падением рынка и оттоком инвесторов, во вторых - платформа, на базе которой создан проект - не самая популярная. Ну и в третьих - топовые ICO трекеры требуют колоссальных затрат за листинг. Нужно учесть, что проекты, выходящие на ICO зачастую только начинают деятельность, соответственно, проводят ICO для развития и привлечения средств, которых нет для оплаты тех же топовых трекеров.
