EUR gateway is already live. USD is next, I assume in the next 2 months though I don't have specific dates about this one. It will be ninja released. Gathered from Sasha's interviews, Q&As, Slack posts in the last two months. 1. New wallet design with 2FA: August 2017 2. Scalability features (Bitcoin NG, avl-trees, authenticated dynamic dictionaries, 1000+ tx/s etc. ): October 2017 3. Non-turing complete smart contracts (Sigma programming language): November 2017 After that: secure messaging, blockchain voting Where can I find a roadmap for WAVES?
Where did you get that from, especially the dates Nothing about usd, yen or cny gateways ?

https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/guides/how-to-mine-waves/I'm just new to Waves so may I have some questions: What is the profit from hosting a full node & does it affect to the amount of WCT to be received? Thanks!
no profit for now mate wait for dex etc...when maybe it' worth a bit.. Pls can anyone has a proper answer, Sasha tweeted that it could earn something 1% per month?

Hi! Join our Slack and ask these questions in the channel #fullnode. We have several devs who will be happy to answer such questions. Please also check out the "for developers" section of the following page: https://github.com/wavesplatform/Waves/wikiAs for VPS: if you have min. 10k waves you can earn money with our LPoS by running a full Waves node. Two questions to Waves team.
Is there an API I can access to retrieve data from the blockchain? I could not find any documentation on the web. Usually, most blockchain projects offers information about retrieving data using the corresponding API.
Secondly, I have a free VPS and I prefer two blockchain projects in order to host a node. What are the advantages of running a WAVES Node? Are there any bonuses to host a Waves node?

"Anyone know when 2fa will be activated for the light client?" -> The new mobile wallet has an additional PIN function if you need 2-level security. 2FA is a challenge for a non-zero-proof blockchain, so for now we have to wait for somebody to come up with a viable solution.

I have a question about Encrypto Tel. Will it run on the Waves Platform? And will the ICO be conducted also on the Waves Platform? Thanks.

The first DEX version (1.0) will be without charting. This version is already being tested on devnet. Sasha has already posted a preview about the UI on his twitter account. Version 2.0 will have charting, I have chatted with the front-end dev on Waves' Slack a few days ago and he confirmed that. EDIT: 1.0 should be released on testnet in the following weeks. What is ETA for in-wallet exchange?

Mercury tokens have already been distributed to WCT holders over the weekend. sigwo is going to reveal the details about mercury in the next few days. I'm holding my waves in the local wallet and im seeing these tokens inside: Mercury, Ripto Bux, KISS and WBTC.
anyone have any idea what those are? where can I use them?
Cant find any information on them.
WBTC = Bitcoin from the proportion of the amount of WCT you received as a dividend for holding Waves or bought from Tidex from a sale of Byteball KISS = toiletpaper Ripto Bux = cross-platform Slack tipping token Mercury = ? Mercury is a token of sigwo who developed Darcrus. He will reveal informations about Mercury in a few days.

"When there is no more WCT to be distributed, will they create another token? Or will WCT be distributed over a long period?" -> WCT will be distributed for a period of 9 months. After that you can buy WCTs on the open market.

Test version is being developed at the moment. As soon the devs will have the first beta version you can test it, I am sure. We are not there yet, but will be at the end of April.... Any beta testers here before launching with first merchant, in case if eventually any bugs are found?
BTW great project, hope the merchants will love the app.

I think it is an interesting project and looks promising, however I would like to know more about it before investing in it.

Where did you get the info about Bittrex's volume? This is interesting Apart from the Big Whale on Bittrex, only 25 Wallets have more than 50,000 Waves on bittrex, and only 9 more than 100 k Waves. Almost all the dumpers are gone, only small fish remain on Bittrex, no more mini-whales or sharks By the way, looks like Bittrex is recovering, more than 7000 BTC daily volume for the last week, no more "small exchange", back to the normal volume as 2014, 2015, nice

You must make multiple backups from your seed + print it out and store it in a secure place. SEED is the most important part of your Waves Wallet besides the Waves+Assets you are holding in it, of course. I tried both the Github download and the Chrome addon version of the Waves Lite Client wallet for the mainnet. Both forget all of my prior login info every time, with me having to not just re-enter but re-create anew my login and password starting from the multi-word seed.
Essentially, it ends up back at the "register" phase instead of simply a "login" phase.
Now I will have to waste time doing a small test deposit and withdrawal, to see whether or not the wallet forgets / deletes my prior currency balance as well or not.
It is possible that the wallet was developed by people who do not realize how not everyone wants to have browser settings rigged to permanently save cookies or local login data. One could almost excuse that for the browser addon but not for the version which has subdirectories on my hard drive.
But, until Waves can recognize and fix a glaring issue like this, it won't go anywhere.
