1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam? on: December 16, 2018, 12:01:39 PM
The crypto world is so vast and they are interest from all continents of the world. Some investors / projects came with good intentions to make the world a better place while some to defraud investors and projects founder. Can we have a better way correct scam and lapses?
i think we have to be on the alert and moreover, to pass the information agout fraud project to each other. then it won't be that easy for them to get supporters.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: December 15, 2018, 07:51:08 PM
Is the XRP really better than ETH ?? can be seen now ETH descends to TOP 3 sites https://coinmarketcap.com and XRP goes up to TOP 2. how do you think it is true XRP is better than ETH
i don't know if we can call anything better or worse, it is just different approach and that's all. we know that there is a certain flaw in xrp (for some), but probably thats why banks like it more

Open government of the Russian Federation: cryptocurrencies should be recognized as a financial instrument

The Russian government is unlikely to follow the path of banning cryptocurrencies and will soon regulate their turnover in the country. This statement was made by the Minister of open government Mikhail Abyzov, RIA Novosti writes.

"The cryptocurrency factor cannot be ignored and banned in the near future. The discussion on this issue is already underway, both in the government and in the economic bloc and the Central Bank. I am sure that the decision will be made soon, " he said.
According to Abyzov, the authorities understand that cryptocurrencies should be officially recognized as a financial instrument and carefully regulated so that excessive pressure does not destroy the technology itself.

The Minister also recalled the high potential of the Russian technology sector and assured that the government understands the need to support and develop new financial technologies.

"We have good mathematics, we have good information technology. I would like to believe that on the basis of the intellectual reserve that we have, we could create products similar to cryptocurrency. This is a great talent and great ability to create and promote such products," the official said.
Recall, in July, the Central Bank of Russia said that regulation in the field of financial information technology will be a priority for the regulator for the next five years.
that's curious. i hope the idea won't die on its way. and i hope it won't be perverted. because with that potential, they still might come up with something absolutely useless for people yet profitable for the government
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying ripple coins worth it? on: December 13, 2018, 03:48:18 PM
Should I buy some ripple coins now? Is it worth it?

I heard it was pre-mined and it is not decentralized... it's a bad thing right?
some say ripple is a tool for banks to control us. the choice is yours anyway, just be careful with what you buy. you can make profit almost of any thing if you know the nature of investing
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My reasons why we have a bearish market on: December 12, 2018, 08:24:20 PM
Bitcoin pumps when there is a high demand for it, forget about whales bla bla bla. Come to think of it, if whales pump bitcoin and non whales refuse to buy it, what happens?

The number of people that exited crypto currency this year is when it was at the peak.
Many, I repeat many left crypto this year and might not come back.

What gives crypto curency demands Huh HYIP platforms, ponzi platforms, Matrix platforms, etc. All these have faded and ended.

Same time 2016 btc was on the go despite the xmas cash out because there was high demand based on the above listed platforms functioning well.
Btc dipped last December and failed to rises because all those platforms are dead including staking coins like bitconnect.

Now the answer is what is the demand of bitcoin, forget about proposed demands, forget about block chain this and that adopted by countries and banks.

Crypto will achieve its vision only when it is regulated, not having over 2000 shit coins to USD, over 200,000 shit ICO which 60% will end up scamming people
but if those platformes have ended, then probably something new will appear? how do you think crypto will be regulated and most importantly, who is going to do that?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme on: December 11, 2018, 07:33:45 PM
I don't know if I am the only one that is not worried about the market and feel it is doing fine?
I see different posts about people saying different things like "it is the end", "crypto is dead", "I lost it all, it is time to get out" blah blah blah and I get pissed off. Most people don't do a proper research before FOMO into crypto and confuse it for a get rich quick scheme.
I definitely know the bull run will come but I am not expecting it soon. We just saw a massive bull run about 13 months ago and I think it is too early too see another, because there needs to be room for market correction, which is presently happening. Last year the price of Btc increased by about 1000% and has only reduced by about 600% which means there is still room for more correction. So do away with the fantasy that bull run will occur every year to get you rich and face the reality.

It is only the weak hands that are complaining while the wise are taking advantage of the market to get good altcoins at cheap prices.

What is you thought?Huh
haha i like this, fantasy about bull run, and it's so true that it doesn't happen just because we want it. i wonder why we want believe in it at all. the old scheme of trusting whatever is said?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: are you afraid of the current market situation. on: December 10, 2018, 07:14:58 PM
This is because several months the crypto currency market has experienced a major outbreak. And start falling btc and expect coins too. As a trader, I feel tension and fear when the market slowly drops due to the garbage market ... What about you who are afraid when the market goes down.
i can't say i am afraid, no, this is pointless emotion. of course we can feel some kind of anxiety when we see the numbers and tendencies but remember, everything can change in a flicker, don't be negative
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you invest in ripple ? on: December 09, 2018, 01:34:57 PM
Will the past repeat itself again like it did last year with ripple where it gained over 1000% and then suddenly dropped down to just few cents, will you invest in ripple or not ?
yes, ripple makes me feel uneasy about it. especially the nature of this currency. why would i want to invest into something that can be controlled? on the other hand, some profit might be gained...
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think the market needs to get back on track?! on: December 07, 2018, 07:23:06 PM
As all we can see the market isn't going anywhere but down. But there are a lot of projects and ICOs appearing everyday but not helping the market at all.
Any opinions on this topic?
those projects and icos, it looks so miserable against present conditions, as if the last attempt to grasp the life that is leaving the body. Smiley i hope that it is all temporary and next year will show us something great

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never regret anything on: December 05, 2018, 08:30:46 PM
In crypto currency, Never regret anything.
No point in looking back and saying “only if I had done that.”  Or if only I had sold earlier, instead
Realize you made the best decision in good faith, for every reason that made sense or did not make sense  at that time.
Now it is time to let it go.
Focus on here and now.
That’s where success lives in crypto currency
good point, no regrets. and i would like to add, that not only focusing on now is helpful but also on future too, as it can help to realize what is important in a present moment and what is bullshit
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The survival of cryptocurrency on: December 04, 2018, 06:28:14 PM
Cryptocurrency has witness a nose dive since the beginning of this year with still no respite in sight with investors recording outrageous loses.   As we move enter the last quarter of the year I honestly think what will lift cryptocurrency price up is not more funds ,token sale or speculators.Rather it will be entrepreneurs delivering on their projects with real technology and addicted users. Your thoughts folks
look at us now. i guess we just have to bear with it, we need to understand that it's something unavoidable, and the only way out is through. everything will get better sooner or later
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Determination is power on: December 03, 2018, 08:50:30 PM
I have noticed in crypto currency space that people find it difficult to focus and be determined to succeed in crypto
People tend to forget that millions is not made in a day;

But to be sincere I think when we are determined to make it
Crypto is the home for everyone
i strongly agree with u, whatever people say about market, bull or bear, up or down, as long as you have enough determination it will be just like waves to surf, not to drawn. so, have courage friends!
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I cursed? on: December 01, 2018, 04:26:01 PM
I don't know if I am cursed or something. If I sell a coin now from airdrop/bounty few days later that coins increases much that you will regret selling. If I hold a coin from airdrop/bounty again that coins price decreases much that you will regret not selling right away. I'm confused now whenever I sell the price increases and when I hold the price decreases. Am I cursed?  Cry
you can't be cursed if you don't believe in such things Wink i think you just don't estimate yourself as somebody who can succeed. trust me, self esteem in such matters is crucial point
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic on some hodler and sellers on: December 01, 2018, 04:24:14 PM
for me the only thing that dragging the crypto currency price are two things
the bad and fake news that are spreading by some people who has big interest on crypto
there is no denying that this is their doing and nothing else, who has the money and funds to do that?
im sure by now that its clear, second is the timing the the stock market also plummeting also
this is all over the news, everyone should understand that this is what really happening and panic will not only drag the price
down , but will also empty you pocket so keep calm
good point about spreading panic for a personal gain. i have noticed ot too, such random yet troubling messages about the end of crypto or a complete crash. really, we should take more realistic attitude and rely on facts
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I may be wrong, thinking about the gov intervention on: November 30, 2018, 05:49:07 PM
I'm not sure, but in such a market condition, who else does agree that the government used a hidden identity and joined the crypto market to accumulate a large number of bitcoins, then sold it to affect its price? Or can the gov hires a couple well known personality to rule the every day news and kill it slowly?
anything is possible. we can't really catch it at soing so, and suppose we did, what's next? to whom we are going to complain aboit it? who is above the government? so, we should mind our own business, literally Wink
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: it's time to buy altcoins on: November 29, 2018, 12:43:01 PM
if you want to invest in altcoins, this is the right time for you, because all altcoins are very cheap, buy good altcoins like the one below:

1. ripple
2. cardano
3. Holo
4. nem
5. dogecoin
indeed, the market kind of invites us to buy. and yet it feels so unstable, almost like, hey, what if it's going to end? everyone makes a choice in what to believe, and it's better to believe that everything is going to be all right
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still early adopters? on: November 28, 2018, 06:49:37 PM
So what do you think, do you think we are still early adopters or that the train already left the station? I think that we are, I think so few people actually use crypto in their everyday life and that in the future a massive influx of people will be introduced to crypto is some way, I think the market cap will be in trillions to be honest, it is stated that in the Netherlands 3% of the population hold cryptocurrency in some way, 75% under 250€, now think about it, the Netherlands is one of the most advanced countries and yet only 3% hold crypto, think about the other unfortunate 3rd World countries that probably never even heard of crypto, I think in the future the crypto market will boom because of the influx of people, that is to say in some years from now and that will drastically improve the market cap, as I said, I think it will be in trillions, I think the 10 top coins will 100x in the next years( I don't mean in the next 2 years, much longer). So accumulate as much as you can of good valuable coins I think, the future seems bright as even Facebook thinks about creating a cryptocurrency now, as I said, mass adoption will make the market cap boom. So what are your opinions about it? Do you agree with me or not?
this stage of crypto is a teenage one, we will face a lot of unexpected ourbursts and genius moves, but my guess is, we just have to bear with it, there is no other choice. it will take time to get on track
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US Presidential Candidate Taps Bitcoin and Ethereum on: November 27, 2018, 04:29:47 PM
It seems like We now have the first US presidential candidate who accepts Bitcoin and Ethereum, members of Congress revealing their crypto holdings.

Andrew Yang, the “Humanity First” candidate for president, is now accepting Bitcoin, Ethereum and all ERC20 tokens to help support his bid for the US presidency. Supporters can donate to the American entrepreneur’s campaign by following the link for Yang 2020.
https://dailyhodl.com/2018/07/25/us-presidential-candidate-taps-bitcoin-and-ethereum-as-donation-payment-options/

well, the move is significant. just imagine how many people will know about crytpo just while reading the info about that candidate. information is a key subject today, so the more crypto is known the better
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you see a future with one cryptocurrency or thousands? on: November 26, 2018, 08:26:01 PM
The amount of cryptocurrencies out there is nauseating. Up in the thousands now.

Do you see a future where we're using a wide variety, or will one come out on top?

Technically, if one of these ICO projects create a be-all-end-all decentralized platform where all products and services are bought and sold, I guess it isn't impossible to one day have just one.

What do you think?
talking about far future, i agree. that would be more reasonable and practical. now we have some kind of race, and the most successfull coin will be chosen as the one that all the world will accept
