Hi.
I have problem with my vega rig on grin 29.
Hashrate jumps from 4 to 6 mh constantly (every 1~2 seconds) on all gpus and non of them can reach 7mh.
I disabled all vegas and tried one by one but same problem appears on each of them in single mining mode. (This rig works fine with all other algos including c31)
On the other rig I have one vega (+some 580) and it works normal...constantly 7.3mh without hashreate drops.
On both rigs I use same odt settings and have same driver version (Adrenaline 19.6.2)
What can be the potential issue?
Temperature or power throttling. It's not temperature (55~60) and as mentioned rig works great on all other algos. How is possible that single gpu (while all other are disabled) has power throttling? Rig works fine even with MPT and ProgPow which draw a lot more power. |

Beam, please add Beam Equihash  Yeah...1080ti provides almost double hashrate comparing to vega on equihash. 1080ti did 2x Vega on c31 and c29 too but look at us now  |

Grin29 (Cuckarood29) would be awesome cause my little GTX1060 make 3,2sol and vega "only" 3,7sol (nbminer vs lolminer)
i´m sure you can tweak Vega over 4sol
Should we release c29d (pretty good chance we'll do so), I can personally guarantee you it will be > 4 g/s for any Vega at conservative clocks or I'll both eat my shorts and give you a free version. I'm getting 4.4~4.7 per vega on C29 which is basically nothing comparing to 1,2 on C31. You need to achieve at least 7.5~8 on C29 to be equal to current 1,2 g/s which vegas provide on C31. |

We've added cuckatoo31 for grin mining! Seems we might have been a bit late as asics are might already be here for the algo  . They have been up since the coin launched. How to get 0.9 on GRIN with Vega ?
I can't get over 0.77~0.8 no matter which settings I try.

Can you please add timerolling on/off option ?
I can't use miner on some pools because off timerolling.

Interesting, can you PM an example? I’m guessing this might be x16rt? Yes, I was trying to mine Veil (x16rt) on bsod pool.  Some pool owners suggested to set timerolling off by default. So far, I can mine Veil only on one "small" pool with teamredminer. All other pools reject shares. |
