What currency will be used to store the funds raised? And where exactly?
During the ICO we will raise different currency including BTC ETH LTC and USD. We are planning a post-ICO hedge strategy and we will liquidate our crypto based on burn out needs. The entire amount will be saved in BTC, ETH and USD.

What makes your project different between other similar projects?
Several ICOs are being conducted for P2P lending platforms, like Celsius, Lendoit and MicroMoney. Homelend is also a P2P lending platform, but there is an important difference: Homelend specialises in mortgage loans.
