so, the question is: how to get synced from block 1 without restarting the wallet again and again right? let's find the answer! at first run wallet closed with error, and i run it again after wallet download to 14583 block and stop and no more progress - only after backup blockchain and with backup blockchain get break after 500 block addnode=node1.shacoin2.com addnode=node2.shacoin2.com hope this helps. |

when i use backup i also can download, but get stop after 500 block and must restart to download more
but it must work without backup and errors...
I see. the source code need to improved or the windows version wallet need a better compile environment. Do you use the windows version wallet or compile it by yourself? |

well, almost two years ago. about 1 month. you can look back from page1, I believe that all info still there. and I also start from block 1, its now "blocks" : 186492. which OS you use? Ubuntu Server 14.04 i use win 7 64 bit and build from site shacoin can you check for windows? Actually, I use Windows XP, 7, 10 too. wallet works also (I use blockchain backup). Maybe you can use blockchain backup too. then you will not need to download it for long time. |
