My Legendary acct was hacked last year along with my Email otrkid70@yahoo.com acct Otrkid70 I can't sign an appeal from BTC because the Core has failed me several time due to Corruption. I have busted my ass selling and buying from people to get my account to a Non DT trusted buying and selling to users including Global moderator Saltyspitoon. I can't sign from my BTC Address but i can identify my main Email address only visable to the Admins. Please restore my account with my current main Email address. |

Due to the BTC Core my accounts were Corrupted and could not siign a signature from them. Believe me i would have if i could. I have been here since 2013 I miss my main account. |

So what exactly would blacklisting me from DT1 accomplish if I left a false flag? This makes even less sense. Since the "Lauda PM" is now public knowledge let me just state that this sort of thing - forum owner/admin sending PMs demanding to exclude certain users from my trust network - is deeply unwelcome. Theymos can blacklist anyone he wants, there is no need for him to coerce others into doing this. At the very least this should have been done publicly. I want to put this out in case anyone wants to exclude (or blacklist  ) me for this opinion. Not sure if this is more a Meta topic or a Reputation topic, feel free to move as appropriate.No, I and quite a few others agree with you. It makes no sense really. I mean, PM'ing users to exclude lauda over a "mistake" made on Quickscammer's flag? Fuck that.... Not right... Deleted the PM.  So with this logic i can plagiarize and get banned and claim it was a mistake and i can be unbanned? I mean the rules were clearly posted by theymos. Was not a mistake Lauda has been on "It's" high horse forever thinking IT can get away with anything. |

Lauda made an affirmation that was untrue. Why would anyone believe what Lauda says in the future if he is willing to knowingly and intentionally affirm (promise to be true) some untrue?
Lauda left retalitory feedback on theymos too and since removed it. |

He withdrew the accusation. I'm still pretty annoyed about it, though. I mean, he checked a box which said: On my honor, I affirm the following: 1) This user [Quickseller] violated a written contract [with me], resulting in damages; 2) I have not been made whole by the user; 3) no existing flag covers this same incident; 4) this incident is accurately and completely described in the above topic; 5) the incident occurred roughly in the month given above [Sep 2015]. Furthermore, I promise to withdraw my support for this flag if this user makes me whole in the future. Which has several blatantly-false statements. Thank you for responding |

RE: Abuse of the Flagging
Lauda lied when they flagged Quickseller and Lauda received a RED Neg from theymos himself. Now the question remains will Lauda be expelled from the DT? It has only been 1 day since the new flagging program has been alive and already Lauda is abusing it.

I don't want to be the party stopper, and believe me, I want to see the scammers flagged once again, just make sure you do it right / valid.
I've read this and, while I'd like to see it widened (under certain limits/rules), currently it's a big "hmmm"...
It's just dumb. Anyone who was scammed, e.g. by an exchange has no direct contract and the third option can never be used. Also if no victim speaks out / creates a flag = no scam occurred.
