1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: golden-farm.biz - legit or scam on: November 20, 2019, 11:50:54 PM
No need for reviews. Pretty sure its a fraud just by looking at their business model.

It works in a way where the users have an overwhelming advantage over the system which makes the promised returns unsustainable as they would go out of business bc they're basically giving out money.

So how do they earn and keep their site running? by stealing users funds

You are so right. I just spent half an hour doing some math for this app. If someone made an initial deposit of $500 to get the earnings started and compunded your earnings the results are INSANE and IMPOSSIBLE.
They split earnings being payout cash and game silver to buy more birds. If you withdrew your cash earnings each month, you will be paid back in just three months. However, if you then use your game silver and bought the most expensive birds each months here are the results on month 12:

IN GAME SILVER COINS COMPOUNDED FOR TWELVE MONTHS WILL GIVE YOU $13,668 per month to spend on more birds

PAYOUT CASH INCREASES EACH MONTH WITH MORE BIRDS. If you cashed out every month and compunded your silver coins by buying more birds by MONTH 12 you will be earning $4797 per month

All this from a $500 deposit to get you started.

It works out at a 38.46% increase of buying silver each month and an increase of 35.48% for payout cash per month.

No business on the planet can sustain payouts like this and I find it so sad that people fall prey to websites like this. I can only assume that they have designed it this way to target kids which makes the scam even worse in my books.

Another alarm bell that people need to realize is the need to make a deposit to get started. While the fake earning advantage may appear to be in the hands of the user, the quick exit is there for the scammer if there is a large deposit.

I'm going to start taking action against sites like this that target kids. Not sure what affect I could have but I'm gonna see who I can report them to to try and get them shut down.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: status of btcswap.online on: August 30, 2019, 07:06:36 PM
If you want to directly swap BTC, there are much older services like:

These REPUTABLE exchange sources you mention give the correct exchange rate.
Whereas all of these brand new pop-up exchanges like btcswap claim to offer an amazing exchange rate to encourage as many deposits as possible.
People usually find these unheard of exchanges while reading a tutorial that promises 30%+ profits in just 15mins by swapping BTC --> ETH on the site then going to a reputable exchange and swapping ETH back to BTC.
I've seen so many of these recently. It's one of the biggest scams going around in the crypto space at the moment. As soon as anyone follows one of these tutorials and deposits to the unheard of exchange they will lose their  money. It's an atomic swap arbitrage scam and it must be earning the scammers money because there are so many of them about.

Sadly, these asshole scammers are targeting people who want to get rich quick because often common sense goes out of the window if you have this mindset.
The reality is, there is no easy way to get-rich-quick online. No exchange is going to give it's users a massive exchange rate just for the hell of it.

I hope this prevents people from losing their precious Bitcoin to these scammers who have no morals.
3  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: ✅ My Solid Coin 🏆 Micro-Economy 🚀 Earn up to 300,000 satoshi a month for free! on: August 30, 2019, 04:53:23 AM
100% SCAM DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY (Unless it's to track down the owners, pin them to a tree and throw rocks at them while their legs are on fire.)

I'm ashamed to say I reviewed this site which resuled in quite a few referrals and direct deposits from people who followed my advice and maybe don't know it's a scam site yet. My referal numbers are growing all the time as well as my commissions but these are just pointless numbers on the screen. I have no way of contacting each of my referrals to warn them it's a scam and I feel totally gutted that they are wasting their time because of my recommendation.

I fell for this site hook line and sinker without doing enough research first.

I have learnt a very valuable lesson from this My Solid Coin scam - NEVER recommend any service to people unless I am 100% certain it's not a scam. This will require some initial time an effort to do my research first but I would rather waste my own time than be responsible for so many people wasting theirs.

If anyone from My Solid Coin happens to be reading this... You are an asshole and you deserve to be exposed for your lack of morals. Your mother must be so proud of you. Clearly your a failure in life who has no sense of decency. All I will say is, karma is a son-of-a-bitch and one day you will get what you deserve when you screw up an accidently expose yourself. Good luck when that happens because you will be on your own.

BTW, a lot of scammers in the crypto space think they will never get caught because they believe technology will always be as it is today. However, in the very near future, there will be new Ai based technology that is a million times better at tracking crypto transactions than us humans, making it virtually impossible for scams to cash out. The good news for us victims today is, this future technology will be able to do historic tracking too and it will bring many of you scammers to justice. Even if that justice is just exposing your real world credentials to the world. This tech will be here within the next 2-3 years.
4  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN]Kswallet.net - New Micropayment Service Launched +22 Coins - Beta Official on: August 27, 2019, 10:29:06 AM
I'm skeptical.
I have a golden rule to never trust any faucets that use intrusive advertising i.e pop-ups, pop-under or new tabs for ads.
I've tested about 7 or 8 of the faucets attached to this KSwallet and not one of them have been added to my balance. I will given them time to be added but I'll believe it when I see it because its quite a lot of free coins to be giving away to each user. If the faucet funds arrive I will bookmark the site and only consider using it once withdrawals have been fully confirmed by multiple users for different amounts.

Yes I can 100% confirm that this is a scam that will steal your money if you deposit any any faucet earnings are impossible to withdraw. Stay well away from this site. I will be reporting the site to their domain and website hosts as well as Google ReCapture. Hopefully, I can get someone to DDOS the site.

When I was a Free member (ID : 5d0dc3f3c4633) I went to the FAQ section and read it well after that I tried to withdraw my earnings but failed, there was always the message "Please upgrade your treasure if you want to withdraw your funds"

After that I`ve upgraded my treasure from Free to Two Gold Coins but when attempted to withdraw there is  still the message :   "Please upgrade your treasure if you want to withdraw your funds"

On 3.8.2019, I submitted my complaint to support (withdraw) section! Ticket ID: 366-L34-W87B  successfully but no reply was received till this day on my said Ticket ID: 366-L34-W87B

(My ID : 5d0dc3f3c4633)

Could you update us on this please. Did you manage to withdraw your funds?
8  Other / Beginners & Help / A simple way to protect yourself against Phishing attacks on: July 09, 2018, 08:08:13 PM
Please Note, this will not protect you against every Phishing attack you come across but it will protect you against a common attack using international domain names. As always you still need to remain vigilant online, especially in the crypto space.

An important step I take to avoid falling for certain phishing URLs is to make sure my browser always shows the IDN (international domain name) punycodes.

This is where bad actors will use an international domain name that looks almost identical to the real English version.
The URL could look identical except for a single dot under or above a letter.

See the difference between the two...

THE REAL URL: (Sorry the images are links, I'm not allowed to post images on here yet)

THE FAKE URL:

As you can see, it's EASY to miss the dots and visit the wrong website.

But, if you had punycodes visible in your browser address bar. This is how that fake address would look:
EXPOSED FAKE URL:

It's now easy to see the fake address.

I use firefox which has punycodes disabled by default. I think this is terrible but I guess they have their reasons.
However, with a simple edit, you can change this in your Firefox config page.

In your Firefox address bar type in: about:config

Now in the search box type in: network.IDN_show_punycode

Now simply click on the listed item to change it to True

And that's it. Now you are much safer in the crypto space when it comes to international domain names.

REMEMBER, this will not protect you against every Phishing attack you come across but it will protect you against a common attack using international domain names.

Chrome Browser
This doesn't work with Chrome or any other browser. I'm not sure how to do this in the Chrome browser but there will be a way.
If anyone else knows how to display Punycode in Chrome, I would be grateful if you could tell us.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think 1 ETH in USD when about 2020 ? on: July 07, 2018, 10:40:03 PM
Sorry but I'd say $50 - $60

Short term Etherium could do well but long term it hasn't got a hope in hell when the reality is there is a lot of better dapp protocols now. Etherium can only sustain its first to market position for a short period of time before developers start asking Why can't I do that on Etherium? This is a big problem for Etherium. Currently, Etherium is ok because all of these other competing protocols haven't got many Dapps yet but this WILL change. When Etherium developers start to see whats possible elsewhere but not on Etherium they will switch.

This is not FUD or an attack directed at Etherium, I am just pointing out the reality of what will happen with absolute certainty. Etherium would need to be very different to keep its market cap.

The $50 - $60 dollar mark is generous based on sentiment.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell DASH Masternode to buy EOS??? on: July 07, 2018, 09:08:05 PM
This is a difficult question to answer. It's pure guesswork. Nobody can advise what is the best option yet because nobody knows. Nobody can see into the future.
I own more EOS than DASH but I wouldn't sell my DASH for EOS because I like holding DASH. '
What I will say is I have more than doubled my EOS by speculating RAM on EOS.

One thing's for sure, EOS will not be cheap to enter into once it's had a little time to grow. If you plan on holding EOS at some point it would be wise to buy now because the way EOS has been created, if it works as planned, there won't be many EOS tokens left circulating the markets. EOS intend to launch a token leasing marketplace for dapp developers in the near future which confirms the scarcity. This scarcity will be because most tokens will be staked  and many holders will not sell to keep getting the airdrops.

If you're a developer, I highly recommend buying and holding a little EOS just to ensure you can build upon EOS in the future without having to loan someone else's tokens.
If you're just a speculator, there will always be an opportunity to earn profits within EOS if they achieve their intended goals.

Due to the predicted scarcity of EOS tokens, I estimate eos to equal Ether price within a year.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big market crash has started! on: July 07, 2018, 08:00:20 PM
there is NO FATE for a market like this.

If bears take control of a certain Company, and try to destroy it, some automated operations act to take out of the market that value and try to save it. But, here, bears have total control.

In this market, it's better , far better to be a bear than a bull. Bears are very short-term bulls. Bulls want to win money in the long run. Bears wanto to win money right now.

it works like this.

You buy coins, huge amount. The market thinks there is demand because of that. People begin buying and stablishing stop losses operations. When bears see they've won from 3-5% they sell all and drop the coin. Then automated stop losses jump another time, so the price goes down another time. Time when bears will by another time and repeat this operation.

They win money? they can sell at whatever price with profit. If bulls begin buying, better for them. They know exactly this: THIS MARKET IS A BUBBLE AND THE MORE YOU THINK EVERYTHING HERE IS VALUABLE, THE LEAST THEY CONSIDER THAT.

Bulls will not sell in a bullrun. Bears will. Because they know this assets are not as valuable as people think. In the worst case scenario where they sell with 5% and coin still going up, they can also buy another time reverting for bulls until next 5% and sell.

BTW. This market will never recover. December 2017 was due to a HUGE MANIPULATION IN PRICES. The hype is not here and it will not come. Many people are buying more coins. They are building their way to hell.

The markets can be so frustrating when you see the above going on. If only sellers gave the green a chance.

An interesting example of the above I witnessed on Monday was the EOS ram market. It uses the Bancor algorithm to determine price according to the % of ram that remains. The speculators were determining the market value of ram in this brand new marketplace. What happened was very interesting... everyone realised they were trading against an algorithm which meant that everyone would make more money if they just held. This is exactly what happened for about 24hrs, everyone was buying and holding and the price continued to increase until ram consumption was 90%. However, as word spread of this mooning marketplace people came in and started trading normally. Buying the dips and selling the highs. This killed the potential for everyone and the price tanked again. Basically, self-interest killed profits for all even though they would have earned more if they just held. It was interesting to watch.

Bitcoin will be more valuable when the altcoin bubble bursts

Thanks man. That has got to be the single funniest/biased title I have ever seen.
To reply, I'd say
The FUD market bubble burst won't happen but if it did, Bitcoin would most certainly be among the worse affected.

The reason why it won't happen is that the crypto market is 24hrs a day and the continual exits are reflected in the volatility of crypto markets.

There are just two ways it could happen though.
1, If someone invents something much better at solving the same problems as crypto tech,
2. If Quantum computing cracks current encryption algorithms.

Not sure why you seem to think that Bitcoins stands apart from other blockchains.

Blockchain innovation is happening so quickly and Bitcoin will be carried by future blockchain inventions. Even as the industry stands today, Bitcoin could be improved by some altcoins. My point is, the altcoins we will see in the next 5 years will make Bitcoin less significant not more.

I'm getting tired of people repeating the same shit. Crypto bubble will burst like the dotcom did. When will people learn to do their own research and stop spouting cliches
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why all crypto market goes RED today? on: May 12, 2018, 05:55:38 PM
Some people do make me laugh.
Oh no, why's it doing this?
The price has dumped!
Whats going on?
Ahhhh Ahhhh

I dread to think how some people reacted at the bigger decline earlier in the year.

Just look at it as a BUYERS MARKET. It's GOOD news. Hopefully this latest small decline might motivate some of the major global financiers who are watching from the shadows to jump in. If that happens, you won't be complaining for long.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why all crypto market goes RED today? on: May 12, 2018, 05:47:56 PM
Why all crypto market goes RED today?
Bitcoin dump to $8500
ETH to $650
NEO dump to $59

What is going on?

Using words like 'dump' is just FUD
The markets have been down for a few days, that's it, end of topic.
Theres no rhyme or reason for it. (Well, actually, there probably is but it's nothing worth concerning yourself with) We all know Crypto is a young and volatile market that swings both ways.
If your happy to accept a bullish market, then it's reasonable to also accept the bearish times too.

Even though it may appear you've lost some of your investment, the reality is you haven't because we all know it's going to reverse.

The ONLY people that should concern themselves with this small decline is the people who intended to cash out today. If not, just forget about it and view this as a great opportunity to hodl some more at a nice discount.

All of my investments are long term (minimum 5 yeas) so I love it when I see a few days like this as I can get more of my next Altcoin (EOS) at a much better rate.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best altcoin to mine? on: April 14, 2018, 08:56:01 PM
