If you believe that your project is well laid, sell all through an IEO that is organized in just a single form and not series of sales that freaks some of us off. I believe these sales can take about 6 months without listing on an exchange with the excuse that after tokensale. One project doing same is twogap, they've have sold their tokens for over 1 year now without any good news about listing.
