2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Word of Caution For All on: June 30, 2019, 12:46:42 PM
Crypto market has a lot of opportunities, but with opportunities comes also disadvantages. In crypto these disadvantages are the various scammers and that transactions can't be undone or if you lose your private key / get hacked. Everyone is responsible for his actions and education will help to improve your comprehension.

So, if you are a Newbie read before you take action! It can help you to avoid losing money.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCap.com seriously needs to delist YOBIT on: June 05, 2019, 02:57:35 PM
no reason to remove it, yobit has been around for years i'm sure coinmarketcap knew what they have been  up to long time ago. yobit however still  helps make the market flow. same thing with the coin BSV i guess, the coin may not be supported  by huge exchanges but they are still  on some exchanges where volume is going stronger. they can't just delist them.
While I don't have any sympathy for YoShit at all, I think you are right here. It isn't possible for Coinmarketcap to delist exchanges if they don't like it, they have to list all known exchanges because Coinmarketcap needs to be neutral even if YoShit as exchange isn't a good choice: Yobit Scam Accusation megathread. "Normal" modus operandi or shady practices?
4  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Alternative to Coinbase on: June 05, 2019, 02:45:41 PM
Fees on Coinbase are not very cheap so if you like you can try BitPanda, it's an reliable service from austria and they are very popular to convert Fiat/crypto or crypto/Fiat: https://www.bitpanda.com/en
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10000 is just around the corner it seems. on: June 05, 2019, 02:33:19 PM
Today was dump $8000 below and i expect this only small corrections before upcoming pumped such as some people says this month possibly bitcoin will reach at range $10000 and i would be glad if this is happend so there is more time to bought before rally started again so if all of it according to people predictions then this corrections is the right time to buy back
If BTC goes up too fast, the uptrend won't last long as we see it now. The last two months were really unrealistic and I think it's good for Bitcoin to recover first a little bit. I have nothing against a bigger correction because the picture in long term objective is important of it.
BTC is an investment for long term profits, not for the quick gains.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ [ANN][ICO][GZB] ★ GIGZI ★ Independent Wealth Management ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ on: June 05, 2019, 02:29:10 PM
We are lacking funds but we are still making great progress on a wallet app. Soon the second part of the bounty will start.
Are you considering to do an IEO? I have no information about costs but maybe it'll be an idea to reach softcap.  Smiley

Yes, we are considering it.
Great, thanks for your reply. I think it could help Gigzi to raise more funds, the effect of such listings is really big nowadays.  Smiley
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any Suggestions on Promising ICO Projects? on: June 05, 2019, 02:09:57 PM
now ICO is starting to be of no interest because some projects have dev and irresponsible teams so that their initially good new projects begin to be taken into account by investors and their rating drop. now investors are starting to look at the new IEO system which is actually not much different but better than ICO.
Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
Where did you got that BS? If you say that IEO is not much different from ICO and then your conclusion is that IEO is better than ICO even if it's not much different I have my doubts that you understand ICO business. It is true that IEO is not much different from ICO and that leads to IEOs just being ICOs listed on exchanges. IEOs are using the popularity of exchanges to sell tokens and that makes it not really better because the project will be the same.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any Suggestions on Promising ICO Projects? on: June 04, 2019, 03:52:04 PM
The market of ICOs right now it not very promising but you may have a look at Crypto Market Ads: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5123256.0

They have already a working product (the platform) and the team looks very competent and experienced.
Softcap is already met and to invest you won't need KYC.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alternatives to erc20 tokens with a transaction cost on: June 04, 2019, 03:47:35 PM
Is there any alternatives to erc20 tokens?
That have a very low or no transaction cost on another blockchain?

We are thinking mainly for the use case of tokenizing services.
Waves has also a platform but it's not very famous.
I don't know exactly, but Stellar is also supporting a similar usecase.

Finally I would decide for ETH as platform for tokenizing services. It's far best one, working well and offering an interface easy to use.
Waves is a crap one and i will never try to give the recommendation to use waves because it's very complicated platform and full with crap coins.

Waves is not very old and I think we should be fair to give them a chance.

OP you can try to take a look at stellar asset and this may help you because this will charge you small fees for tokenization and send any transaction in the network. ETH has made to be a friendly user platform.
Stellar is not better with a malicious consensus system and I can't imagine how a company should give the benefit for stellar instead of ETH.

ETH has made to be a friendly user platform.
+1
ETH is a good decision. I hope OP will chose it. I'm very curious why OP don't want ERC20, it's far the best on the market.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Which form of investment has highest ROI? on: June 04, 2019, 03:37:22 PM
Highest ROI doesn't mean that it's always best solution. An investment based on high ROI will always be very speculative and you'll be on risk to lose your money. That should be considered when you calculate your ROI, often the ROI is announced too positive and in real you'll have a much lower ROI.
Spreading your money to different asset classes will reduce your average ROI but also increases your protection from potential losses.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For How Long?? on: June 03, 2019, 12:35:19 PM
I've been holding my altcoins for years now and waiting for bullrun to make a better come back but I'm yet to be confused that this is the real bullrun since many altcoins don't bother favouring from the bullrun, what is going on?Huh
Not all altcoins are similar and if you have very mixed altcoins of all sorts it's possible that a high number of them are shitcoins without much value. If you find an exchange where they are listed you can sell them for precious Ethereum or Bitcoin because I don't give it a high possibility that such shitcoins will increase much in price.
They will be worthless in long-term and if you sell them now you still have the change that when you've converted them into a better cryptocurrency and this crypto can become more valuable.

Recht so! Grin

Can I post local board? Plz count post for local board. Is it agree?

Gibt ja leider kam was an guten Altcoins im Moment.

Und Moozicore hat die Signatur-Stakes schon eingetragen: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VkSohNDasx52U3XCrhVkJ5rQ5Pu-EsGSc5syCPOL0YU/edit#gid=383939821
14  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DogeBox.io is a scam on: June 03, 2019, 12:15:16 PM
Could be fake stats to make a hype about the site. Most of the cloud mining/ponzi sites try to fake stats as much as possible. So it is even hard to get whether even they scammed or not.
True, to get people invest it's likely that they set up fake statistics.

At this point I actually feel like the ones even asking in the service discussion about a cloud mining service as the operator of such. I don't think at current someone is fool enough to fall for something like this.
Yes, a Newbie asking for cloudmining and later a second Newbie replies and recommends a site. In most cases both posting it with first post on Bitcointalk.  Cheesy

!

DogeBox.io scam is still running, and likely to bust soon!
Likely to bust by whom? The fact that these sites operate under a domain with the same fake scripts behind the back-end makes them come back again if one is "busted" for whatever reasons. Their business is not even having more users with high volume, just a few noobs who can invest the initial amounts and open a scam accusation thread here. Believe me, if this one goes down, the same site will start operating under another domain.
Every ponzi will bust, the only question is when it will bust. The operators of BitConnect said it was impossible that BitConnect will bust and what happened soon? BitConnect was busted. Yes, I have no doubt that the operator will set up a similar ponzi. There were so many of them and none survived because ponzi scams have a short live by design.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: May 31, 2019, 03:36:48 PM
The ICO boom is gradually fading away, so IEO has replaced it. IEO provides an increased level of confidence in cryptocurrency projects, because the exchanges that host crowdsales are actively involved in the fundraising process, which increases the effectiveness of the crowdsale. Consequently, IEO can become a standard model for raising funds in the crypto space, and maybe even create the next fundraising boom. But while I'm watching the development of IEO, I'm not going to participate yet.
Actually, there is no improvement in security for IEO compared to ICO. The project can still be a scam or a fail and you'll lose the same money how you invested in an ICO. It's a wrong assumption that IEO are safer and people will notice this mistake if it's too late. They will all say 'IEO is so bad I lost all my ETH'.
An IEO doesn't guarantee that the project will be succesful. If people think and IEO is a guarantee for success that will lead to bad disappointments.

Important is a good project idea and an experienced team, not if it's an IEO or ICO.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: May 31, 2019, 03:29:23 PM
Not all ICOs are scam, that is true. Maybe up to 80 or 85% are scams because a good number of ICOs is still done by an honest team but sometimes they realise that it's too hard to meet the expectations and they decide to do the best of the situation like refund investors.
ICO is risky in general and it's important to know that such invested money can be lost if the project fails.

Totally agree to you.  Smiley
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DogeBox.io is a scam on: May 31, 2019, 03:20:48 PM

DogeBox.io scam is still running, and likely to bust soon!

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Ethereum Classic on: May 29, 2019, 11:09:34 PM
Ethereum Classic is something we can consider as useless shitcoin. Useless because everything Ethereum Classic wants to do is possible to do by Ethereum. Ethereum Classic has no additional features. And that demotes Ethereum Classic to a shitcoin.
Ethereum Classic has far more problems like the hack why Ethereum decided to erase the hack from the blockchain. The hack is irreversible implemented in the blockchain of Ethereum Classic. Moreover, Ethereum Classic is very weak because 51% attacks are easy to do, the network is not very strong.

20  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / DogeBox.io ist ein Scam! on: May 29, 2019, 09:37:12 PM

Name: DogeBox V1
Investment: 50 DOGE
Gewinn: 110% für 40 Tage
ROI pro Jahr: 1000%
….

up to

Name: DogeBox V9 PRO
Investment: 1,000,000 DOGE
Gewinn: 190% für 40 Tage
ROI pro Jahr: 1730%

=> RED FLAG

=> RED FLAG
