Hello. I can explain.
Payeer has corporate bank account in Europe, Prague. That mean, when any bank send transfer to non EU countries - International central bank (your bank correspondent) can get comission TOO from 15$ to 30$ USD. This fee on your side (your bank work with bank correspondent). We send from Payeer 100% correct amount and pay all fees on our side.
This payment method in Wire's called: Shared - We pay all comissions in our side, and receiver pay own fees on his side.
Small amount - not good idea to send International Wire Transfer. It's good from 1000$ USD

I have not had any success with getting help from payeer just gibberish and no help  Believe me even if I do get this resolved I know I never want anything to do with them again If you use Payeer it is your own fault if you get goxed too now that you have been warned. Payeer fees: 7.8 USD
Only bank fee: 33 USD for international wire transfer.
Don't use international wire's for small amount.

And dont send anymore to BTC payeer purse! It's incorrect. You must pay in merchant with payment details, but it unavaliable now, and you create incorrect direct payment. This is not your BTC wallet in Payeer system. It's system BTC account. Do send to it direct!

Send me screen copy pls to finance@ payeer. com, where you find option "Add Funds by BTC"? We stop work with bitcoin directly 3 weeks ago and deleted this methods from our pages.
And send me your order ID in Payeer, i can send money back to BTC.

When you pay by credit card through liqpay.com (our partner), they place orders on verification. Money go back to card in few days, if your bank don't give authorization to liqpay side bank.
We want change (soon as possible) US card processing through liqpay.... Cant do anything with US/EU card verification from liqpay.com.

Don't use payer, they seem to have robbed me too. Big black hole no support, they just steal your money.

Dont true.  Payeer work's very well, but you need to know how to use Payeer Wire Transfers. You need specify correct information in PAYMENT DETAILS, PURPOSE OF PAYMENT.
