No one can Categorically tell you this is the best signature bounty to do. Their belief is that the more participants joining the more their stakes reduce at the end of the campaign. Take for instance, 3m stakes have been alloted to signature bounty and they are just 20 participants doing it. Each participant will get more stakes according to their rank, but when they are 40 participants doing it definitely the stakes will reduce.
