I would recommend adopting a mutt since, doing so, you will save a life. And they say mutts are healthier because they have much fewer chances of genetic disease.

Recently I adopted a kitten from a person in the local market and she has been helping me relax and laugh when I get home from the stressful workplace. She does make me do extra cleaning and stuff but the fact that I have saved a life makes me feel good.
2  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are You Like Durian on: June 20, 2018, 02:03:43 AM
I had such high expectation for this, since it is referred as the king of fruit, however, it wasn't what I have expected to me. My mom loves it though so she finished a pack when we went to Vietnam last February.

My favorites are watermelon and peach. Especially, biting a waterly peach is my favorite things to do after a workout in summer.
3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I get my Activity? on: June 19, 2018, 05:38:56 AM
Simply visit this forum every day, read some, and leave good comments on a daily basis. Initially, I didn't like that the ranking up requires much time and energy. But I have realized that it makes each account valuable thanks to the efforts that I have put in. It works similar to PoW of Bitcoin.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does Bitcoin protects people from ?? on: June 18, 2018, 03:08:50 AM
Bitcoin can protect the people who are living in countries where their fiat currencies are not so stable. Even though it is considered as a mean of speculation in most countries, Bitcoin is the most known and secure cryptocurrency that can act as the medium of exchange or the store of value in those countries.
5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bounties and Airdrops worth it? on: June 15, 2018, 05:49:47 AM
In my opinion, it will be worth in the long run especially if you are young. Participating in Bounty will not only give you the crypto but also encourage you to learn more about the project. And while analyzing those projects you will be able to develop an ability to segregate the good from the bad.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Korean government is trying out block-chain technology on the voting system on: June 08, 2018, 06:49:30 AM
Voting shouldn't be manipulated and that is what blockchain is made for. Very good for the technology and for the democracy.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which wallet do you use? on: June 07, 2018, 02:26:39 AM
MetaMask: To trade ETH based tokens.

Exchange: For now I keep my coins there due to the export fees they charge. I just hope that the exchange is legit and stay safe until I settle the cryptos someday.

Mobile Wallets: CoPay and BRD because they are easy to access with PIN.

Also, I completed your survey.
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: Higher education, is it so important? on: June 05, 2018, 01:47:53 AM
When I was younger, I thought so little about graduating from university because I thought a degree isn't that necessary to become successful in life. But, after I dropped out and went on with my career, I had realized that not having a degree can be an obstacle to lots of opportunities.

So I went back to school and obtained a degree. It isn't outstanding at all but it still helps me with what I need. But more and most importantly, a degree is not the only thing you get from school. Your friends and all those experiences, either good or bad, are what truly will enrich your life in the long run.
9  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should you trust crypto "influencers?" on: June 01, 2018, 02:29:25 AM
I wouldn't trust the influencers but will take their analysis and information into consideration when evaluating ICOs. Though some influencers may deliver false information due to the tie with the projects, I believe most will do honest reviews.
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I start trading? on: May 30, 2018, 03:11:02 AM
If you can't start trading by purchasing cryptos at exchanges with fiat, you can gain some seeds by participating bounty programs or airdrops. From there you can send your tokens to the exchanges with low fees and start trading.
11  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: want to start my crypto blog on: May 29, 2018, 07:36:08 AM
Since Medium is the de facto blog platform for the crypto-world, it is good to continue on it since you must be already familiar with it. If you still want to build your own website, try Wordpress with studying a little about the code and the deployment environment. Once you get hang of Wordpress it will be handy anytime you want to build a simple website.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: May 28, 2018, 02:44:33 AM
The Bag Man is one of the worst movies that I have ever seen. It was stunning to learn that the director could create an awful outcome with such legends.

13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quitting smoking on: May 24, 2018, 07:17:23 AM
I was able to quit after about 7 years of heavy smoking. My biggest tip would be - focus on the positive side of non-smoking and enjoy the life which is cleaner and lighter.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you believe in luck? on: May 23, 2018, 02:46:58 AM
In general in life, luck plays the biggest part in my opinion. I am not saying that one can solely rely on luck nor successful people succeded without tears and sweats, however, I have seen patterns while observing people around me.

One thing to remember though is that you can also be lucky by being open to new things and opportunities. And never be defeated when things didn't go as expected. Let it pass and open your arm widely once again to other new things. Good things will come, at least once in your lifetime. If you have been waiting and preparing you will be able to utilize and make it take you to the moon whether it is crypto or other investments.
15  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does social media had a bad cause? on: May 18, 2018, 06:09:35 AM
Social media was born with a positive purpose but I do see its negative impacts on people at times. People get to say whatever they want, whereas they wouldn't in face to face conversation, and it often hurts other's feeling and makes the society a bit more hostile.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your stress reliever ? on: May 16, 2018, 06:26:26 AM
Exercise, especially Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is my stress reliever. Even though often I want to miss the class after a long day of hard working Smiley I always come out of the academy with much smile and satisfaction after the class. The physical activity helps me keep my thoughts away from the stress.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best news site for crypto on: May 14, 2018, 02:54:36 AM
If you are interested in participating ICOs, this site is another good source since it shows the current stats (price) of past ICOs.

18  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Would you donate BTC to help fund a project you believe in? on: May 09, 2018, 02:53:59 AM
Yes, I think people will donate to the projects that they believe in with goodwill. Especially if the project aims to bring something beneficial to the general public, more likely it will get support from the people.
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to build a website? on: May 07, 2018, 06:28:59 AM
You can hire freelancers from sites like https://www.upwork.com but I do highly recommend you to study basic web development in order to avoid being over charged.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ICO period long? on: May 04, 2018, 02:42:30 AM
With the long period, the project can be exposed to a wider range of investors thus the coin/token can be distributed more evenly over general public rather than being obtained by major few. The profound value in crypto is being decentralized and, in my opinion, the longer period makes sense in this context.
