He also stole from me.  Before I made a payment he responded very quickly, after I paid he said that there was a mistake and that he had no more of the coupons I paid for, but for if I paid $10 more, he would give me the $450 coupon.  I paid those $10 and then he disappeared. 
I have seen them in several other posts, and they are scammers!
