If it was a con man, how did he find out and choose your project? Most likely this question is rhetorical. I don't know how scammers of this kind act. There are a lot of different variants, maybe bounty hunter created this topic, may be the topic was created because of the referral program. I saw when there are a 2 or 3 topics of one project, created by different persons. |

The idea of your project is really very great. But what is about security of personal data. You will have different personal data of users. How do you plan to provide security?
As far as I know, the ModiHost team is currently negotiating with IBM. I think the ModiHost database will be safe with such large partners Safe of database is very important now. There are a lot of problems with security in cryptocurrency industry. Hackers steal money and data from exchanges. Security is very important. |

Листинг токенов дело очень дорогое, поэтому многие проекты только на одной бирже листятся, если вообще листиятся. А когда листинг только на одной бирже токены проекта всегда уязвимы и из-за низкой капитализации не могут противостоять махинациям спекулянтов.
А сколько будет стоить листинг? И какие условия для листинга? На что вы уделяете большее внимание при листинге токенов? |

Каким образом клиент должен подтверждать легальность своей крипты? Для традиционных денег существуют налоговые, банки, ещё каике-то конторы, которые могут предоставить данные о средствах. Для криптовалют что? Разве есть достаточно таких законов, которые контролируют движение крипто средств?
Существуют специальные программы, которые отслеживают происхождение денежных средств и историю переводов. Ведь блокчейн прозрачен и легко отследить денежную цепочку. Чтобы отследить банковские переводы из-за банковской тайны нужно делать кучу судебных запросов. В криптовалютах все просто. Любой человек может полностью проследить всю цепочку переводов начиная с майнинга, то есть с создания монеты. Другое дело, что все это занимает много времени. А программа делает все это быстро. Как я понимаю со временем такие программы будут только совершенствоваться и под раздачу может попасть любой трейдер. Ведь никто не знает, что было с его криптовалютой до него. Человек обычно (но не всегда) знает только откуда он крипту получил. Более ранняя история платежей ему неизвестна. По этой причине особую ценность имеют или биткойны непосредственно от майнеров с нулевой историей транзакций, либо биткойны с биржи, где стоят антиотмывочные программы. Так как на биржах происхождение таких биткойнов уже проверили и они чистые. |

Надо еще чтобы продавец согласился принять EDC в качестве оплаты. Хотя в Нигерии с национальной валютой проблемы. Вот люди и ищут там альтернативы.
Хорошо, что появились магазины которые принимают EDC coin к оплате. Вообще за исключением Bitcoin мало еще какую криптовалюту принимают к оплате в магазинах. |

Мне кажется, если человек знает, что происхождение средств сомнительное, он никогда не пойдет отмывать деньги через регулируемую биржу. Существует куча других бирж, где правила менее жесткие. Попасться трейдер может только случайно, если не знает происхождение своей криптовалюты.
Именно поэтому ценятся биткойны от майнеров с нулевой историей, так называемые девственные биткойны (Virgin Bitcoin). С такими биткойнами на биржах точно проблем не будет, так как у них нет никакой истории. |

Сайт биржи переведен на английский язык, только ссылки на смену языков находятся внизу сайта и их сложно найти. По умолчанию язык сайта русский. Но учитывая, что китайские инвесторы купили токенов больше чем на миллион долларов, скорее всего биржа будет работать не только на русскоязычный рынок.

Там не понятно объяснено. Хранением денег банки занимаются, но для этого нужны свои лицензии. Криптовалюты - это не деньги. А что? Какой статус у криптовалют в Беларуси? Вот я и спрашиваю, что можно будет хранить в хранилище? Нужны ли для этого дополнительные лицензии?
По определению уставной фонд может состоять не только из денег. Это должно быть предусмотрено законом. Если закон сей составляли адекватные люди, то вряд ли к возможным активам уставного фонда они причислили криптовалюты  Так здесь же уже поясняли, что в случае резидента технопарка уставной фонд должен быть именно деньгами и он должен лежать на счете в банке. Если уставной фонд находится не в деньгах а в других активах, необходимо постоянно проводить переоценку этих активов, а тут может быть много махинаций и обмана. С деньгами на банковском счете намного проще. |

Согласно дорожной карте в ближайшем будущем (4 квартал 2019) предусмотрен запуск кастодиального сервиса. Как вы намерены хранить активы. Дело в том, что большинство бирж имеют проблемы с безопасностью, площадки взламывают. Как вы будете обеспечивать безопасное хранение активов?

In June, the Financial Action Task Force against money laundering decided to tighten regulation of the cryptocurrency industry, obliging crypto exchanges to comply with AML and CFT (countering the financing of terrorism) procedures the same way such as traditional financial institutions. Many cryptocurrency exchanges started to check the origin of cryptocurrency transactions and block the accounts with bad history. That is why Virgin Bitcoins that have zero history of transactions are so popular. More strong would be regulators control more demand in Virgin Bitcoins. |

Okay this "virgin bitcoins" thing is new for me. I like the name :-P
According to Dave Jevans, the CEO of CipherTrace, virgin Bitcoins are essentially BTC tokens that do not have a transaction (TX) record associated with them.
the way he described it sounds like reward coins in coinbase transactions as we know new generated coins don't have input in its transactions but the latter definition confuses me, how can we say it virgin if it was "sanitized"  However, what is interesting is the fact that criminal Bitcoin can be sanitized by local governments by them selling such commodities after making a clear note of their past transactional history. The best example of this is when the United States Marshals Service held a sealed bid auction back in 2018 for a total of 3,813 Bitcoins (estimated to be worth $51.5 million at the time). Nobody can be sure that their bitcoins have a clean history of transactions. Virgin Bitcoins have zero history of transactions. That is why the demand in them is big because there is zero risks that the Virgin Bitcoins have a bad history. Financial Action Task Force against money laundering (FATF) tighten the control, obliging crypto exchanges to comply with AML procedures. More tighten is the control more demand in Virgin Bitcoins. |

- The bitcoins from a Coinbase transaction can be spent only after it has 100 confirmations in the blockchain. This is to safeguard the Coinbase transaction to be unspendable.
This is done to protect the network against spending coins which do not exist due to forks. It does not protect the coinbase transaction itself in any way. So a Coinbase Transaction does not have anything to do with the site coinbase.com? It's just the terminology or I am wrong? I thought it's called virgin bitcoins?
I never heard the term 'virgin bitcoins'. The first transaction of a block indeed is the coinbase transaction and is composed of the block reward and the fees. The exchange coinbase.com has chosen that name because of the term. The term 'Virgin Bitcoins' is used very often. This is Bitcoins that have no history of transactions. Virgin Bitcoins actively discussed at Bitcointalk because of tightening of controls of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) against money laundering over the cryptocurrency, obliging crypto exchanges and other service providers with crypto to comply with AML. |

Это около 30 BTC получается. А что такой hard cap низкий получается? Это при том, что уставной капитал в 1 млн. долларов. Почему продается так мало токенов?

No, I meant about hedge funds and the like being willing to pay such high premiums. The idea of virgin bitcoins themselves is older than that article, but 2-3% is the maximum reasonable fee, 10% or more is what I'd expect criminals being willing to pay.
Is there any historical data on this stuff? Probably not. I guess 10% didn't seem that unreasonable to me. The CEO of Babel Finance -- who apparently brokers OTC deals and works with pools like F2Pool -- claims that buyers are paying "as much as a 20 percent markup."Starting a PPS mining pool paying 105% isn't risky and people will quickly line up to sign up even if the variance would be high initially. Mining contracts could be used to jump-start the pool and lower the variance before enough people join.
It's risky if you're trying to quickly procure lots of bitcoins. In percentage terms, you may be right, but these buyers (like all OTC buyers) are trying to buy big lots all at once. People are ready to pay for the absence of risk. Virgin Bitcoins do not have any history including a bad history. for years, i've been hearing about investors who are paying a premium for freshly mined coins. they don't know how regulators and law enforcement will view taint in the future, and they don't want to be associated with any unlawful or questionable behavior just in case. i think it's a little ridiculous, but then again, i also recognize that fungibility isn't perfect in bitcoin. it never occurred to me that freshly mined coins could also be valuable to money launderers, but it makes sense for the same reasons. Virgin Bitcoins do not have any history of transactions at all. Regulators continue to tighten the control of cryptocurrency transactions. There is the demand in Virgin Bitcoins and it effects to their price. More demand the higher price. |

A lot of people prefer to use cash, because it is impossible to control the cash payments.
Instantly it seems that cash is already leaving the calculations. Now everywhere cards are calculated in stores, at gas stations, for utilities and so on. Now a lot of shops accept a bank cards and it is possible to live without cash. Yes, cards are used more often and there are various options who prefers what, it’s all money work, they do not accept payments only in cryptocurrency. A lot of startups wanted to connect debit card with cryptocurrency, but it is really difficult to realize this. |

Это в общих настройках автоматически стоит галочка - автопродление депозитов в лизинге. Чтобы не было автопродления эту галочку надо убрать.
Очень полезная информация для тех, кто не хочет листинг токенов продолжать. Только обычно все наоборот бывает, по умолчанию стоит, что время лизинга закончится, а если человек захочет, то он может установить автопродление. В таком случае таких жалоб не будет. |
