We thought about a bounty campaign. For the Pre-ICO on Stellar, we're keen to credit investors with tokens respective of 100% of their investment. Unfortunately, this doesn't leave any room for bounties.

But also, we'd prefer to grow in a slower way, working with fewer investors, and proving the effectiveness of our strategy through a steadily increasing token price, rather than immediately trying to market as widely as possible.

When we were researching how best to offer our arbitrage system, we came across many crypto funds/investment platforms whose ICOs which would reserve 10% or more of their tokens for the team. This struck us as quite unfair to the investors, since it's effectively asking them to take a 10% haircut just for getting started.

From our perspective, investing 100% of investors' funds is the only fair thing to do.


On the costs side, our costs incurred during project development (developing the trading algorithm) have been offset by profits from private trading so far. Since we're launching the Pre-ICO on the Stellar network, costs relating to token development are minimal.

Going forward, the team will take a 0.4% monthly management fee, and a 20% performance fee on profits in excess of 2% per month. These fees cover our operations costs and allow us to continue improvement on our arbitrage engine.

For example, if the fund makes 5% in a month (the low end of our monthly target), the team takes 1% (0.4% management + 0.6% performance) and the investors receive 4%. In this case, the 4% profit due to the investors would either be directly reinvested back into the fund or used to fund token buybacks if the price of the token is more than 3% below its intrinsic value (intrinsic value = Fund assets / tokens in circulation)

The strategy employs an algorithm which actively searches for the most profitable price divergences across the most commonly traded cryptocurrencies, futures, options, and swaps. By simultaneously buying and selling the same asset at these divergent prices across different exchanges, the fund can realise nearly riskless arbitrage profits.
