Edit: This folding software is not failsafe at all, I know I shouldn't be messing with overclocking while I am folding, but deleting 4.5 hours of folding work because of a crash is not cool even if it doesn't crash due to overclocking, the submitted result may not match up with another submitter's result, and hence no reward may be credited - and a third submitter is required to get a somewhat reliable majority vote. Christian That's just a matter of getting a stable overclock though, which takes some time :p Edit: Also I haven't overclocked for the points that I never got, so meh...

Folding @ home is all epeen based anyway so yeah very true, but if im honest its going to draw in more miners. my dad for example has a 750ti but has never mined. He has had cancer twice, for him, something like this is a valid reason to start mining also as an update, i started again today with my 2 750Ti's i was given a 21 hours project, its been around an hour and the project is at 10% and down to 9 hours. so i guess there is a bug in the project ETA timings Yes, I am "mining" too, highly doubt profitability but we'll see. The great part about it is that you actually EARN MORE if you keep it mining, instead of periodic mining... Also it's an easier way to get into "mining" as it's all click&go stuff, instead of fancy pool signup, commandline configuration etc etc...
