Can anyone confirm if their factory controller is able to mine 10 devices?
Mine seems like only nine are mining but the 10th one is not.
I'm assuming it's the Gridseed wiibox - yes, it can handle 10 units. Find out which one is not mining, swap cables, maybe you have a bad connection. If the controller can see the device but no shares are submitted make sure to give it enough time. It make take 20 minutes on a high difficulty pool to start accepting shares. Thanks for the reply, yes it's actually able to to control 10 units. I realized that the 10th gridseed I got might be defective. I took one gridseed out of my other rig and I saw that all 10 grid seeds are blinking red  重启成功！---> "Restart Success!" Thanks to Google Translate Alex/Atari02, 1. What can be done for a defective gridseed? Seems like I got one, the rest of the nine are working fine. I am not aware about your RMA process (if any). 2. So far what I learned from the package I received is, seems like is not really a plug and play. Looks like I will have to spent lot of time on PSU connections.
Anyone know where to find instructions? Please help.
What do you have? "Pigtails" with a barrel connector on one end, and two naked wires on the other end? And a PSU with screw terminals? This shouldn't take more than 15 minutes, get a screwdriver and make sure to connect the wire from the center of the barrel connector (probably a red one) to the "+" terminal and the other one to the "-". I received the kit today (batch-4). But I did not get the raspberry pi controller as described, instead I see a tiny PCB with one ethernet and a USB port (I guess that the factory controller).
I could not find instructions either in the box. Could you please send instructions to setup?
Let's see its really a plug and play?

Hi, Sorry the refund has been slow. We wer having a technical problem with paypal where I wanted to process your refund. It is preferable there since you paid with paypal. It's not happening as tried to send the partial amount back to you. In the morning you will have it in BTC. Also, check you PM. I just sent you your tracking number. Atari, Is the whole kit shipped together or the gridseeds and the accessories are coming in different shipments? I waited another 24 hours, still the refund is not issued to my wallet. I got your PM and ready to make the payment as soon I get your response on following tow questions, forgive if its already been answered on this thread. I might have overlooked. I have sent couple of reminders on the same in your inbox couple days ago.
1. Does the controller will control all 10 gridseeds? I read somewhere that, the controller can only control 9.
I see a new screenshot on this thread showing 10 grid seed mining together, Is this mean the the controller you would provide will be able to control all
10 grid seeds. Please confirm.
2. What other things/setup do we need to have to get it running?
I wish you can post a Quick Setup Guide and other system requirement at users end on this thread.

I was no fast-pool for 24 hours (yesterday). The efficiency I got was around 40%.
I was supposed to generate around 110k coins but was only able to generate 45k coins in 24 hours with my hash-rate between 22 to 23 Mh/s.
Not sure what just happened, I tried to contact their support, so for no respond.
I am still looking for better and more reliable DOGE-coin pool, do not mind paying fees?
