same story my deposit to coinex.pw  - around 330k is missing!

does Coinex.pw have support thread here on bitcointalk?

Yes, Coinex has a thread. Its mainly just everyone bitching about lousy service, slow deposits, and coins missing on a regular basis. Response from the Coinex team is limited, and they tend to pick and choose who they want to help, rather than anyone who has a legitimate issue. They're not to be trusted anymore, I'd find somewhere else to mine and use a wallet.

You didn't plan properly and you want donations? Must be donations because I don't see any collateral offered. Plenty of information on mining profitability in these boards but some are too lazy to read.

No, I didn't plan properly. Doesn't help that it took a couple months for my gear to come, by then difficulty of everything had climbed up more.

I can't think of what I would use for collateral, I have about 1k ASIC Coins, and about 7 Joule Coins. Obviously doesn't amount to much. However as I stated in OP, I want to pay back anyone kind enough to help me. I don't expect something for nothing.

I'm in need of some help. I got into the mining game a short bit ago, not realizing that a simple USB Block Eruptor wasn't going to be enough. Top that off, I tried to stick with Coinex through all their rough spots recently, only to lose mining time and coins. I'm hoping that some of you big players out there can maybe spare a few coins and transfer them to me on Cryptsy, my trade key is: 53cf53f6aab8820e7d9b8f6153897918893aec88

The intent behind this is that I can earn up enough coins to upgrade to something such as a Blue Fury, and therefore be able to mine more coins. Your kindness would not go unpaid, a portion of what I earn with new hardware would be returned to you as payment.

How long before I lose newbie status, and can actually post where people will read?

Did you even check whether the new shiny hardware you want to buy is worth it?

Yes, by my math, and current trends, the new hardware should pay itself off in under 3 months, at which time that money then would be reinvested into more/newer hardware. The unfortunate thing for me is that I was only able to afford the USB Block Eruptor from doing reward sites, and that is not making any profit whatsoever. Hence the need for better hardware.
