If you see the surging prices of altcoins, you should realize we are in a golden time of altcoins mining and everybody are trying to elbow into the industry and grab a slice of the big cake. PandaMiner provides a best chance for all of you, – the 5th batch of pre-sale is coming at 11:00 am 17th May 2017 (UTC+8). 1000 units are in supply for this batch, and the delivery is expected at the end of June.
Moreover, for the third batch of pre-sale customers, who made orders from 17th to 27th April, please complete your due payment in time so we can arrange shipment from 20th to 25th this month. And shipment order is based on the time you complete orders.

Any Update about shipment?? They don't have GPU in stock, so forget about receiving them anytime soon.. So they announce Shipment and new batch, and they don't have GPU, this is so weird.......I don't want think the worse about this company... Has anyone from the April 17th or April 26th batch received shipping information regarding their units? Clearly, their official post stated that these units would be shipping out (or at least "arranged" - whatever that means) between May 20th to 25th and it's now the 25th. Does anyone know the last batch of miners that have actually been shipped out and/or received? Anyone from batch 2 or 3? |

@Finksy, thanks for the quick response and yes that did answer my question. After I posed the original question, I somewhat figured that was what the 6+2 pin PCIe splitter was going to be used for, but the picture and description really did clarify things. This is going to be an amazing cost effective and efficient solution for powering GPU rigs. @Finksy – Sent you a PM, please take a look at it when you get a chance.
I’ve posted my question publicly, since I have a feeling it might be a common one. For the graphics cards that require an 8-pin PCIe connector (most of the non-reference cards or for example the popular Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480), what is the safest and cost effective methodology to attach these to your PSU breakout boards? Is it safe to only populate 6 of the 8 pins on the graphics card itself or is that a potential fire hazard? I know they sell an adapter, some cards even come with it, that combines 2 x 6-pin PCIe female connectors to a single 8-pin male connector, but that solution seems overkill to me.
Edit: I may have answered my own question. In the kits, can you post a picture or describe the 6+2pin PCIe splitters? Does this take a single 6-pin PCIe female connector in and split to two 6+2 pin PCIe male connectors? If that’s the case, is it safe to power two RX-480 graphics cards from a single 6-pin PCIe connector. Not sure what the power consumption is through the 8-pin PCIe port because I know that some of the power comes from the riser itself.
super, The package includes 6+2pin PCIe splitters. There are now pictures to show them up top, should help to clarify. They take a 6-pin PCIe cable in and split to 2x 8-pin PCIe connectors for GPU's. For the RX series GPU's this is safe, as the wattage drawn through the PCIe connectors on the 470/480 cards is only about 80-90 watts MAX in general. The PCIe cables are 16awg, and can handle upwards of 250W without problem. Hope that answers your question! |

Theoretically if you ordered one of the Zeus Miner Blizzard for $105 + shipping $33.40 – BTC order discount $5.25 = total of $133.15. After you pay and wait for it to show up under your orders (under an hour), then you should be officially a “Paying Customer”. Then you theoretically should be able to order one of the festival miners. I take no responsibility for this advice, but theoretically it could work. Also, I may have potentially tried this technique and received an order number from Zeus  . |

I placed on order about 10 days ago with ZigHash and had an excellent overall experience. The shipping was extremely fast. I was in communication with Jacob and he let me know exactly what additional things I needed (PSUs) and what to expect as far as shipping times. He even gave me some recommendations on pools to choose. I would give this seller an A+ rating, would recommend him to a friend, and will be doing business with him in the future.

this is the final batch of SP10, i'm led to believe. There will be no more SP10 made - Spondoolies-Tech posted up the thread that this is the case. best you get your order in for SP30 before they all sell out! Thanks for the info. That stinks for those of us who didn't order the August batch of the SP30 because the September batch is still 3-4 Months out. |

One more quick question. Can the common current-share line (and similar) can be wired together with jumper cables (I think generally are 20 gauge wires) common in most embedded electronics development supplies?

Sidehack or others that may know the answer. I currently own several of your boards and they work great. I am in the process of attaching several boards together to power my equipment more efficiently. The kits I have received have spade connectors or whatever the crimp on connectors are called (these are attached to the opposite end of the wires where the 6-Pin connectors are). I was looking for these spade connectors (because they fit perfectly) to build the connecting wires between boards. Could you please provide me with any details regarding the size/style of the spade connectors or possibly where I could buy them from? Also, do you have a recommended wire gauge to use when attaching boards together as shown in http://www.gekkoscience.com/products/D750_3way.html? |

Considering that most of us will most likely have to be beefing up our A/C this summer. Would you (or others who recently had additional A/C installed) consider sharing how much you paid for the ductless split? Did you install the unit yourself or did you have an HVAC firm install it? If you paid someone to install it, how much did you pay to have the unit installed?

I have a question somewhat related to this topic for tips on how to stay prepared for the worst case scenario. Does anyone have recommendations for miners or me (who mine at their house) to insure their equipment for a worst case scenario (theft, fire, flood, etc)?
I called my insurance company regarding what is covered and was told that my current policy only covers $5k total for electrical goods in the house. Even before mining I was in excess of that amount due to TVs, laptops, desktops, tablets, etc. I asked for information regarding how to insure my ‘custom computers’ and was told that I needed a ‘personal article rider’ for each computer. For everyone who may be curious, I have State Farm insurance and was quoted a price of $2.2 for every $100 for the ‘personal article rider’. At this time I do not have the policy as I have been trying to figure out of there is a better alternative and am looking for whatever advice can be given.
