Yeah, I have to say, I like PPLNS. Especially that it already affects the current round  Roll Eyes

Your Shares 1177 (0.0842 %) Your Reward: 0.0 BTC

Exactly, what a bunch of BS to change mid round.  I had to have my computer off for a day, and now my shares are worthless.

Thankfully my current payout is greater than your minimum, so I'll be taking that and will probably return if you institute a scoring method that isn't obviously broken.

Please explain why the method is obviously broken.

Sure - we'll test it for a few days and let you know.

This new method is fairer for 24/7 miners like yourself, so I am a bit confused why you dislike it so much Smiley

Guys, we've been chatting about this in IRC for days now...  Huh

If you want another system, then please give some suggestions, and come talk about it....

and i am leaving too....
just want a prop system (they can also be cheat prof)

This basically is proportional.. but proportional over a shorter length of time to reward people who don't drop out the block at the half way point.

Full decimal payouts?

Yes.

I've added the block numbers here so you can see :

https://mineco.in/blocks

Block 28 onwards is still waiting to be confirmed..

We had 3 slow blocks, which will have slowed down the pace of your rewards, and before then we have 4/5 very fast blocks so you would have had them quicker than normal.

All looks fine Smiley

Remember that it's not us that's verifying the rewards....

It will take however long it takes for the entire bitcoin system to find another 120 blocks...

As the difficulty increases of course this is going to take more time ...

I've got similar problem.
Seem don't rewards my works, since last 08-07-11, computing 24h/24h atm.

I see you have rewards pending for the last 2 blocks - when they mature you'll get your reward...
68  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [150 GH/sec] MineCo.in - LP,EU Server,SSL,JSON API,0% TAX on: July 10, 2011, 02:21:06 PM
Hey Guys,

Sorry about that - it's all sorted now, give the stats a little while to get back into line.

You should all have the correct rewards for the last 2 blocks, and will get credited with them when they mature!

I've just made a few changes, please let me know if you see any difference in stale/invalid shares.

I'm working on it, it doesn't seem to be a problem for everyone, just a few.
71  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [150 GH/sec] MineCo.in - LP,EU Server,SSL,JSON API,0% TAX on: July 08, 2011, 06:05:40 PM
Due to popular demand I've added a donation address!

I'm planning on getting another pool server up soon to compliment the current one, which should help improve things!

Hey,

We are going to move to a fairer scoring system shortly, I just need to find the time to program it in.

Give me a few more days Smiley
74  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [75 GH/sec] MineCo.in - LP,EU Server,SSL,JSON API,0% TAX on: July 05, 2011, 11:54:22 PM
Yep that block was a bit unhappy, but it's all confirmed and paid out now Smiley
75  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [76 GH/sec] MineCo.in - LP,EU Server,SSL,JSON API,0% TAX on: July 02, 2011, 02:39:56 PM
i like how the graph shows that this pool is used by a couple of poolhoppers...

Actually we have a user who has around 10GH of speed, but is having problems with his power and his internet connectivity. That has caused most of the spikes in the graph as 10GH is over 10% of the pool.

However lots of people are swapping over when a new block starts, and most are staying. Obviously there is some pool hopping going on, but very low scale.

dum dum dum, another block bites the dust... another block down, another block down... another block bites the dust!
77  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [70GH/sec] MineCo.in - LP,EU Server,SSL,JSON API,0% TAX on: June 29, 2011, 09:24:10 PM
Hello,

Is the same thing still happening?

78  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [50GH/sec] MineCo.in - LP,EU Server,SSL,JSON API,0% TAX on: June 28, 2011, 11:38:21 PM
We are talking on IRC about implementing something to stop pool hopping - come talk to us if you want III.

At the end of the block, if you were the leader then you would have had the most shares, and the most reward. The people who left would have had less reward.

I was telling people now is a good time to join because lots of people said they prefer to join the pool when a new block is started so they don't lose out in the changeover. I'm not trying to promote pool hopping, just letting people know if they want to move, then now was a good time Smiley

Hope that makes sense, and hope you come back to the pool! Smiley

Dear Wuked, how to conclude a block an extent 3 days - from you appeals it was not heard, and on a new block you call new. Do you consider that conclude large blocks those, whoever a money need? A policy for you is not correct

I'm sorry but I have trouble understanding what you are asking ?

New block just started if people are looking for a good time to get on board!
