The only obstacle would be getting approved for natural building and off grid methods but that is a small issue as the organizations we are collaborating with have 15 years of experience building sustainable communities so they are aware of the procedure. The designs here www.onecommunityglobal.org are designed to be easily duplicated so they meet mostly all state or county laws and regulations.

But the land we have is unincorporated which means it is much easier to build what we want. But yes we are in communication with the county. This is the location for our bamboo farm but we are not sure if we'll purchase surrounding land or another location within an hour of the farm.

We are not trying to solve any problem within sustainable living because sustainable living is the solutions. We are simply looking to integrate within the sustainable communities any useful blockchain technology. A sustainable city stills needs blockchain technology to store data, smart contracts, educational platforms such as bitdegree, payment systems, and more. If you really think about it the project is very realistic.

We find blockchain technology with a successful track record and good dev. team and leadership and work with them to integrate their technology into the city where we see fit.

No we don't believe cryptocurrency was created to break borders. We believe it was created for us to live more freely, allow people to provide solutions, and introduce new ideas from the people.

We own 20 acres of unincorporated land in the USA. This is where we are raising funds to build our bamboo farm and processing facility.

The county that our land is located is up for sale which is millions of acres. By the land being unincorporated we could begin building our first ecovillage and begin communicating with the local, state, and federal government to officially become a town or city if the members decide that route.

The site posted is not our site. One Community Global is an open source organization that research and designs complete sustainable communities for anyone to use.  Is there a site for Ethic?

We are not 501c3, One Community Global is 501c3 and they are a completely separate entity. We just use their open source designs.

We have in place complete plans to build an entire city made from natural materials such as hempcrete, bamboo, and other natural materials. Along with a team of master builders and experts in sustainability.

I have an idea for a project.  There are so many successful blockchain projects that can be used to launch a small town or city.  There are blockchain projects for nearly every industry. This can be done with the right people. We already have a few important things in place.
