主要是减缓恶意刷币（本质上阻止不了），原文给出了两个条件
1、bitcointalk账户必须2014.1.23前存在
2、或者 在发布前bitcointalk账户活动值满足最小值

也就是说并不需要一定是2014.1.23前有账户，后面建的账户，满足最小活动值也行，至于最小值是多少，不知道啦。而且也没看到这个邮件申请送币什么时候截止。

这个啃爹的名字，让人容易误解为 另一个2代货币emucoin （谁让这家伙的开发者这么执着完善软件，搞的发布一推再推的，算起来都9个月了）

是不是骗子谁知道呢，看白皮书，其实很多概念，目前的2代货币都提出过，就看谁能坚持完善下去，并建立强大的社区，14年看好2代币的发展

1、我找了下，惊奇的发现我在主题2哪里有预定（可能当时NXT克隆类帖子的都回复了吧，自己都不记得了），这个东西是发布的时候才发送NXT给开发者吗？我到现在都没发送过
2、这个克隆币，都没看出有什么输出（除了复制NXT的图片外），基本就是感兴趣这类，没有utopianfuture的帖子活跃
3、目前NXT克隆的，也就utopianfuture 、FrictionlessCoin 还有就是这个比较活跃了，看看到时哪个靠谱吧
