@BitFreak, I was using the Bitcoin Sci to see how the transactions work and was so impressed by the way the script work that I am contemplating buying the shop script. I used the Sci script it to create www.cashsend.za.net for exchanging Bitcoin for cash and planning on using the shop script to sell prepaid airtime/talktime vouchers. I need to know how the current issue with www.blockexplorer.com impact on the shop script for payments. The Sci script cannot confirm payments because their site is managed by Cloudfare or something like this and it seems like they are serving data from a snapshot of the blockchain and not live data. The Sci script worked fine confirming sales between 4 to 6 minutes then it shifted to 18 to 66 minutes and then stop completely two days ago when both www.blockexplorer.com and www.blockchin.info experience database issues. I do not think that the site is banned by www.blockexplorer.com because the exchange rate that I use is served by www.bitcoinaverage.com and their API is called upon more than www.blockexplorer.comYour insight in the matter is much appreciated. H

How can I anonymously and most conveniently turn Bitcoins into cash, preferrably through withdrawing from an ATM?
Hi, Yes it is possible, however, you will have to be in South Africa or neighboring countries that support ATM withdrawals. I have made this site www.cashsend.za.net to demonstrate that it is possible to do so if you have the resources available. You will end up with a voucher and pin number if you follow the process (will be useless to you if you are not in South Africa) otherwise you just pop down to the nearest ATM (in store withdrawal also available from selected stores) and follow the instructions on the screen. No financial or other details are stored onsite H

I don't like their web service it is become expensive to get a loan with them Yea, been a member with them since forever and frequently took out loans for investments. They systematically changed their rating criteria causing my rating to drop to C+ - I refused to give them unnecessary information since they already had more than enough information in case I defaulted on any loan. Recently they changed their strategy and prevent borrowers to set their own terms and we were forced to accept their ridiculous higher interest rates. The final straw for me was a week ago, they changed their interest rate again and want me to pay 49.95% on a 0.70 BTC loan for 30 days. I'll rather sell my kidneys on the black market for money Bitcoin before I make a loan on their site again. H

Economy / Service Discussion / BTCjam - going crazy

Well, I suppose some of you reading this post know me from my BTCjam loans taken out for retail savings bonds and mining equipment upgrades.
Anyway, like usual, it is that time of the month where I post my new loan for the next month. To my surprise I found that they now want to increase their lending rate for ฿0.70 @ 2.65% over 30 days to ฿0.70 @ 49.45% for 30 days.
Needless to say, the stupid user agent could only stick to the prescribed text - update your profile and our rates have increased.
Sorry to say, you will see the increase of defaults if you are going to put your bitcoin up with these clowns.
My humble apologies if I referred you to BTCjam as either investor or borrower.

Yea, how quickly was I silenced by an overzealous forum moderator when I dared to post that they will have their 15 minutes of fame on American Greed since their whole business model was based on a Ponzi scheme!
I really do not know if it was their intention to set it up as a Ponzi, however, that was the end result. Fortunately for me, I pulled out of the mess while breaking even.

? you want to pay $20 for something you can get direct from them for $3 ?
You need to create an account and the deposit an odd amount of money that normally exceed your purchase price - something like $35. You forfeit the balance if you do not use it within a certain period or you have to buy other crap that you do not want or need.

Use these settings only to test and then take it from here to whatever pool you want and to add a stratum proxy server.
