CAO:一个去中心化的社区自治Token发放模型
许多区块链项目的Token已经被大量投资者证明是骗局，究其原因是因为每个区块链项目的团队都拥有毫无限制的权力来管控所有的钱和资源，并且很多都是暗箱操作毫无公开记录。有鉴于此，GDOC基金会创建了一个更加去中心化的Token发放模型，称为CAO（Community Autonomous Offering）：社区自治发放模型。整个CAO模型包括以下两个阶段：
1.   Token发放的所有规则都被代码固定在以太坊网络上的智能合约当中。
2.   所有筹集资金应由智能合约管理，而不应由毫无限制的个人或组织来管理，以便保护所有投资者的收益和安全。
对于这两个阶段，GDOC已经建立了一个标准模型，可以支持大部分区块链项目的代币销售，同时保护投资者的权利和资金，以避免被不受限制的创始团队捐款跑路或偷窃，虽然这些家伙看起来像普通的初创团队。
首先，我们将启动一个Token兑换的过程（参考表1）。
表1显示，第一轮Genesis的目的是寻找最初的社区成员，这样Genesis轮次的Token持有人将成为下一轮Token兑换的自治决策组织。
接下来三个轮次当中，当前的Token持有者有权投票来决定下一轮的价格和数量。这意味着越早购买，将获得更多的价格优势。并且所有的Token兑换的功能都放在以太坊的智能合约中。
此外，投票程序将由智能合约执行，以确保将投票权公平，公开的授予每个GDOT持有人。
因此，Token销售的所有过程都是由社区成员或投资者控制的，这意味着去中心化并且对每一个参与者都是公平的。
在第一阶段之后，GDOC将启动第二阶段，称为DAICO机制，来源于Vitalic Buterin创建的以太坊。
DAICO机制确保所有来自Token销售的资金都由智能合约管理，这样就不会有人擅自拿走或偷走这些资金。创始团队只能根据智能合约预先编写好的代码,每个月获得预定的资金，并向大众公开。

  Much of ICO scams have been affirmed by crypto investors because every ICO team has unlimited power to manage all money and resources even that’s off record. GDOC Foundation has created a more decentralized Token offering model which called CAO: Community Autonomous Offering. An entire CAO model includes two phases as below:
1.All rules and processes of Token offering should be coded in Smart Contract which deployed on Ethereum network.

  Firstly, we will start a Token sale process as bellowing:
  1) GDOC Foundation will hold four rounds of Token sale. The first round called Genesis aims to find initial community members so that it will be an autonomous decision-making organization to next rounds of Token sale.
  2) Then current Token holders have voting right to decide the price and quantity of next round. That means the early buying, the more advantage to earn much. All rounds of Token sale will be coded in Smart Contract which deployed on Ethereum.
  3) Besides, the vote procedure will be implemented by Smart Contract to make sure that the voting right will be granted to every GDOT holders.
  So all process of Token sale is controlled by community members or investors which means decentralized and fair to every participant.
  After phase1, GDOC will start the second phase which called DAICO mechanism that came from Ethereum created by Vitalic Buterin.
DAICO mechanism makes sure that all funding from Token sale should be managed by Smart Contract so that no one can take or steal the money. The founding team only can use the funding money by releasing it monthly which is coded in Smart Contract in advance to public.
Not only the releasing function, DAICO also can supply funding return function which is implemented by Smart Contract at any of the progressing time.
  That means CAO is a more decentralized and security Token offering model to all investors and community members which will reduce scam and theft so that all investors can be protected by rules coded on Ethereum network irrevocably.
  GDOC Foundation determines to be the FIRST CAO case in the world to change the current unfair and bad practicing of Token offering.

RBFT: A Creative Consensus Mechanism of Breaking Through to Ternary Paradox
Hi veterans,
This is GDOC’s new creative Consensus Mechanism we called it as Random Byzantine Fault Tolerance (RBFT).
It is well known to public that using BFT consensus system to finish the block producing and validation is popular.
But for more security and decentralization, one process of Random Selection will be integrated. The following is the detail process:
   First, GDOC network will continuously update to produce a "seed parameter".
   Secondly, all nodes generate a credential according to the "seed parameter" based on their own private key and a random hash function.
   Credential value within some range are selected as Validation Nodes (selection blind to public).
   One of selected nodes is responsible for producing the current block. At the same time, one of the verification nodes will be selected as Leader Node(selection blind to public).
   The Leader Node cooperate with other nodes to complete the consensus process according to BFT consensus verification logic.
   Then above verification nodes and Leader Node are invalidated and there will be a new round of random election.
The strength of the creative process as following:
First, avoid attacks and fork. Nodes are selected secretly and randomly. And even the producing node is exposed when the BFT consensus started, but the attacker can’t change the block (block producing has been completed).
Secondly, the BFT consensus mechanism is completed in a very short time, the attacker can’t effectively attack it since it can’t predict the nodes selected and “seed parameter” in advance.
Thirdly, because of the high efficiency of BFT, the TPS of GDOC network will be greatly improved. We predict that it will be 1000 times more to Ethereum.
Because BFT has no incentive system, GDOC integrated an incentive system into it with a called DCMM process which will reward all nodes selected by Random Selection.
The incentive process to nodes as following:
First, GDOC will record all nodes selected including block-producing node and validation node randomly secretly.
Secondly, GDOC will reward all nodes based on a function as bellowing (in name of transaction fee like Ethereum’s GAS):
GDOC hope to create a new high TPS and more security network under completely decentralized conditions. It will entirely help GDOC to build up a high efficient data-assets market to support kinds of Dapp.
